Hi Nash, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What is a normal day like for you right now?
It’s summer it’s hot trying to adapt with the heat and humidity in the kitchen, making several dishes at once, talking to clients making they enjoying the food.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I am Nash Wanya-nya started Project Smoke catering with an emphasis on bbq , and fine dining events, Currently we multitasking on all the opportunities the market gives us, and also working at the only full Italian winery in Canada @ridgepointwines

Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
When I made a dish my mother loved, she is the most honest human, she wants me to succeed and her faith in me makes me stronger.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
I had a sporting incident and left me helpless, and was during the epidemic, I had 3 different contraptions to help me work while I was in pain but my faith in God got me through and my family

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. Whom do you admire for their character, not their power?
My mother is first, she has overcome so many obstacles and my faith in Jesus and the Holy Spirit

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. If immortality were real, what would you build?
An infallible community of hope and vigour and the assurance there’s grace always
