We recently had the chance to connect with Eric Jenifer and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Eric, thank you for taking the time to reflect back on your journey with us. I think our readers are in for a real treat. There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
The first 90 minutes of my day start with 5:30 AM prayer with my church community. We all hop online together to set the tone for the day — not just for ourselves, but for our families, our businesses, and everyone we’re connected to. That time of prayer helps me center myself, focus, and give the day back to God before it even begins. It’s the best way to start the morning, especially as a business owner, because it reminds me that everything I do throughout the day has purpose and alignment.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Eric Jenifer, and I’m a husband, father of five, and the Visionary and Development Specialist behind 2MindsProductions — a faith-centered digital marketing and media company built on the CSC Method™ — Content, Systems, and Connection.
I created 2MindsProductions because I understand what it’s like to wear many hats as a business owner. When you’re trying to grow a business, manage clients, and still show up for your family, time becomes one of your biggest challenges. That’s why this company was built — to help people save time and bring structure to their business so they can focus on what truly matters.
Through the CSC Method™, we help businesses bring their vision to life:
Content: We create visuals that tell your story — photos, videos, and media that connect with people and make a lasting impact.
Systems: We build structure behind your vision through websites, CRMs, and automation tools that make your business run smoothly and free up your time.
Connection: Faith is at the core of everything we do. We believe real growth starts with strong connections — to people, to purpose, and to the calling on your life.
2MindsProductions isn’t just about marketing — it’s about helping business owners find balance, purpose, and peace while scaling their dreams.
Okay, so here’s a deep one: What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
My earliest memory of feeling powerful was as a kid when I used to create little businesses out of my imagination. I’d turn our living room into a grocery store or a restaurant — I was always the owner, and my older brother was my customer or guest. Even back then, I loved the idea of building something that served people.
As I got older, that same passion grew into a dream of owning my own restaurant or community center for kids — a place where people could come together, feel seen, and be inspired. Looking back, I realize that was the start of my entrepreneurial mindset — finding joy in creating experiences and bringing ideas to life. That same spark is what still drives me today with 2MindsProductions.
What fear has held you back the most in your life?
For me, the biggest fear I’ve had to overcome was learning to let go of control and fully let God lead. As a husband, father, and business owner, there were times I tried to make everything happen on my own — in my timing. But I realized this isn’t my business; it’s God’s business, and I’m just the CEO He chose to carry out His vision.
Once I learned to let God sit in the driver’s seat and let me ride in the passenger side, everything changed. I found peace, direction, and a new level of confidence knowing that His timing is always perfect — even when it doesn’t match mine.
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What’s a cultural value you protect at all costs?
The cultural value I protect at all costs is my faith. It’s the foundation of everything I do — as a husband, father, and business owner. My faith shapes how I lead, how I serve others, and how I show up every day. It reminds me that success means nothing without purpose and integrity.
Faith keeps me grounded when things get tough and reminds me that I’m not walking this journey alone. It’s more than just belief — it’s the culture of how I live, love, and lead.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I hope people tell the story that I was building my ark — just like Noah. We’re all building something that’s meant to carry others, not just ourselves. For me, it’s never been about success or recognition; it’s about obedience and purpose. God placed me here to create, to serve, and to make an impact that goes beyond my family and reaches my community.
My heart is to continue building things that help people — whether it’s through my businesses, my church, or my future nonprofit. My church family helped build two schools in Kenya that now have running water, and that experience changed me. I want to keep that same energy going — from doing mission trips to opening community centers and creating programs that feed the homeless.
Even through my transportation company, my goal is to serve — helping seniors, the disabled, and the visually impaired. When I’m gone, I hope people say I built something that gave others hope, opportunity, and a reason to believe in what’s possible when you walk by faith.
