Today we’d like to introduce you to Najee Speaks-Farewell.
Hi Najee, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Born: At GBMC Hospital 1/13/2000
Born in the city for my early life on and then raised mainly in the county of Baltimore.
I am a man of God and always grew up in the church which led me to God. Once i knew God and developed a relationship I then followed the visions he granted me.
I went to K-12 education in Baltimore County Public School System
Graduated in 2018 from Kenwood High School in Essex, MD and then attended Bowie State University where I graduated from with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Information Technology in May 2023
In my college career the things I achieved were

-SGA involvement
-Mister Alex Haley 2018
-Mister Junior 2020
-Mister Bowie State 2021
-Initiated in Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated
– entrepreneurship academy
– and numerous of other clubs and orgs I was apart of as an ally.
My freshman year of college I had my daughter Genesis Farewell who is now 6 years old and this didn’t make me quit but only changed my direction for the betterment of my hustle, confidence, and grind.
I’m a Data Analyst currently at Morgan Stanley which is an investment bank that works with Wall Street and big corporations.
I’m also a serial entrepreneur born and raised in my blood.
My favorite business is all of them because the more the merrier and was always told that you must have multiple streams of income to have a freedom life of time spent on things you wish to while earning income.
I started my first business in 2019 which is my #1 prize possession called
Farewell Collection LLC, where I sell products throughout the DMV markets and global. We sell luxury fashion at an affordable price but not only that, our main focus in quality over quantity which makes us also exclusive because not everyone can purchase an item after I release. It’s first come first serve.
My other businesses are in the influencing world where I’m naturally talented at and I capture moments of my life and try to help businesses grow by highlighting them through my unique brand which is @najeefarewell on all social media platforms
I’m currently in real estate school where I’ll be a realtor part time to help people find the beauty in property and to give them a luxurious feel.
My goal is to pass down my businesses to my kids when they turn 16-18 so they never have to answer to anyone.
I got to where I’m at in life because I keep my mind focused on God above and I do not let the chaos of the world effect what’s in Gods will for my life and for my family’s future success. I’ve always believed that I would one day be the one to break chains, curses, and make my last name known in a positive light to live on forever.
As you’re reading this I’m probably developing another business plan as my creativity never dies.
I’m a one man team as well when it comes to these endeavors. The marketing, the promo, the product, the customer relationship management, the books and records, the taxes etc but I cannot do anything without God above
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I’ve struggled facing being a statistic at 18 years old with a child in college and I was looked at crazy and faced a lot of adversity but I then accepted it and found my truth. I turned my downfalls into positive situations to help others that went through for will go through those rough times and shake it off. I think having a strong mental compass and a healthy balance allows for you to overcome and conquer a lot of battles we’re faced with as kids, teens, and adults. I struggled taking tech exams, failing accounting courses, late nights crying because life was too hard. I faced no business for months and months and still do have dry seasons. Every new level I reach there’s a new devil trying to attack but when you trust fully in our creator then things typically are smoother.

I specialize in influencing others and setting trends because I’m a motivational person due to my story.
I specialize in art and I love to express it through my clothing so I create on adobe and I specialize in people
I’m most proud that I never gave up through the rough patches when I really really really wanted to but I’ve always seen the bigger picture and had visions of what was going to happen before it did by just speaking life into the world
Professionally im a data analyst where I solve issues in the stock market for clients and also on track to help families get into homes through real estate
