Rising Stars: Meet Fairy Tale Ent.

Today we’d like to introduce you to Fairy Tale Ent.

We’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Fairy Tale Entertainment is a Baltimore-based Rap collective, with our goal being to inspire a new generation of rappers and artists, letting them know that their dreams are not as far away as they seem. Fairy Tale Entertainment consists of five members: 806Bones, D’ari Dragneel, BL4RE, Super Beezy 64, and Robbie 2Real. The conception of Fairy Tale Entertainment was brought about when longtime best friends, 806Bones and D’ari had a dream to create a rap group. With the help of Artist and Music Engineer BL4RE, they were able to begin bringing this dream to life. Super Beezy 64 was a former coworker with BL4RE, and had collaborated with BL4RE on past musical projects. After collaborating on D’ari and BL4RE’s duo album, “Supernova” Super Beezy 64 was invited to join Fairy Tale Entertainment as the fourth member. As if four members wasn’t enough, BL4RE’s childhood friend Robbie 2Real had always been supporting the group. Robbie 2Real would shoot pictures and videos for the group, before BL4RE would ask him to become the fifth and final member of Fairy Tale Entertainment.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
We have had our fair share of ups and downs. At the very beginning, we had a member leave. During the process of creating our upcoming album, “World of The Dreamers” (dropping May 13th) our laptop containing all of the music files had crashed. The hard drive had become unreadable, and we worked to finally — weeks later — repair the hard drive and collect the files. We were each on different schedules, so we would have to trade hours of sleep for working on music, amongst other challenges that come with being musicians.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
We make music, in hopes to make a positive impact on the world, and the people in it. We take pride in the diversity of our music. No two songs sound the same. We are not afraid to set unrealistic goals. We are known for being dreamers, with hefty ambitions, and a passion to execute.

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Individuality and adaptability are two qualities that we find have proven to be essential to our success. Keeping positive energy and having members with a good sense of humor help to keep creativity flowing.
