Rising Stars: Meet Bobbett Ms. Nookie Plummer

Today we’d like to introduce you to Bobbett Ms. Nookie Plummer.

Hi Bobbett, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
Venna by Ms. Nookie, a pheromone-infused bath and body line came about due to its in alignment with my online sex and relationship radio talk show Natral’s Nook. which airs Wednesdays 11-1 am on Soundchatradio.com, an online radio station which caters primarily to the Caribbean Diaspora. As a certified relationship coach, I understand the power of pheromones. They enhance confidence and attraction. Pheromones are used in my bath soaks (for men and women) and massage oils, and my customers rave about how they feel when using them. I also have teas, coffee scrubs and yoni steams for those self-love days that help enhance our lives. This journey has been nothing but rewarding.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
As with any new business, there have been bumps along the way. Once I had the idea to make pheromone-infused products the first hurdle was crafting pheromone blends for men and women for the bath soaks and then making a universal blend for the massage oils. Next came the task of finding pleasing essential oil blends and honest product testers to ensure that my products would be accepted by the masses.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
“Wow that’s my wife”… he says, as he watches her walk across the room. This expression of love and admiration is what I witnessed over and over again as a child. The “He” is my father and the “She” is my mother. Soft, gentle, and unexpected kisses, warm embraces all followed by playful laughter are all expressions of love I’ve grown to appreciate and expect. My parents have the type of love that people dream of, and there began my quest to help others experience love on a deeper level.

I have been on my own personal journey, seeking the same expression of love I witnessed as a child. Perhaps, there may have been a few false starts in my own journey. However, the hopeless romantic in me lives by the words of Maya Angelou, “Have enough courage to trust love one more time and always one more time.” This statement embodies the essence of my being; my soul purpose is to teach and remind those who may not know or whom have forgotten, that love always surrounds us. Communication and touch are the foundations of relationships. I’m here to delve deep with those who are willing to examine and reevaluate these fundamental principles.

Over the years, I’ve helped countless individuals get, obtain, and sustain love. Whether it be suggesting a nice secluded restaurant, recommending erotic literature to be read while candles are burning while your lover bathes, or simply hearing a couple’s testimony of how my podcast has helped them keep the passion alive. I’ve always been an advocate of love. Love is the ultimate sacrifice, but self-love is one of the key pillars required to reach this goal. Once we love ourselves fully then we can give and receive love in its truest form. Love is the universal yearning to belong. I believe this is the truest desire of our hearts, and a reflection of that desire is displayed through our constant need to find love. I created my radio talk show, Natral’s Nook, as a means to explore our basic need as humans, love. Natral’s Nook airs on Wednesdays, 11-1 AM on Sound Chat Radio. My hope is that you take this journey along with me and ultimately discover how you define and seek the truest desire of your heart.

Do you have any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
It’s a collective childhood memory rather than a specific memory. My mother has 9 siblings and they were all examples of love during my childhood. I remember weddings that took place in my parents’ home and family gatherings filled with nothing but love laughter since we all lived in Poughkeepsie, NY during that time.
