Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My name is Andrea Guzmán. I am Guatemalan, a mother, wife, a full-time entrepreneur. I am a makeup artist and professional Lashista. Approximately 7 years ago I decided to start my own business, I had been going through difficulties in my life and one of them was losing my girl Samantha. I wanted the world to remember who she was despite the fact that very few people could meet her physically. My pain was so great that I dreamed of Samantha’s name. I decided that I would call my business like an act of love for my little baby. It has been 16 years since she died and she is still present with us, I have made myself to make my work known in the DMV community. I have a community of support for entrepreneurs called Latina Entrepreneurs. It is a way to contribute little of me to our community.

I am a professional makeup artist and Lashista, I specialize in makeup for quinceañeras, I feel very proud to see how far I have come and I think one of the things that characterizes me is that love And the dedication I have for my work, being authentic brings me much closer to my clients
