Good morning ORLANDO, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Orlando Phillips. I am currently a solo performer of steel drums, sax & vocals. I’m currently available worldwide. Most performances lately are in SW Florida and Maryland. I am one of two surviving original members of the musical group, “Starpoint”, known mostly for our Gold and now Platinum Album entitled “Restless” featuring the hit song, “Object of My Desire”.
My brother, Gregory Phillips and I are in the process of preparing to perform soon as Starpoint. Our goal is to respond to the demand by our fans to see and hear us perform the many great songs that were released over the years.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
I thought that I would live forever as a child. I know now that no one is immortal.
When did you last change your mind about something important?
I changed my mind about loyalty in 2013.
