Hi Tyler, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Hello, I greatly appreciate the opportunity to speak with you today. So I started the company in June of 2020 while working as a paramedic full-time in the Fire Department. We initially were only doing a couple inspections a month and were only offering home inspections. However, after many sleepless nights, things have changed a bit for the business. I have taken every class and certification possible to diversify our services. We are currently averaging around 50 to 60 inspections a month and now offer pretty much every inspection service you can think of i.e., radon, lead testing, pool and spa inspections, sewer scoping, wood destroying insect inspections, well and septic inspections also. I am now a full time home inspector to meet the demand of our agents and clients.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
It has not been a smooth road by any means. Often times while juggling the business and the Fire Department there were many times when I would be working 3 or 4 days straight with no rest at all. The hardest part for me through this whole thing has just been staying awake and when brain fog was setting in to stay vigilant of the task at hand and to ensure the most thorough inspection was given to my clients.
