Hi Theresa, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My journey into real estate and financial literacy didn’t begin with a perfect plan — it began with personal upheaval. During a difficult divorce, I moved across several state lines, needed to sell my home, and untangle myself from shared financial responsibilities. It was a moment of uncertainty, but it became the turning point that reshaped my life.

I held onto one belief: if you build it, they will come. So I started from scratch — learning the business, rebuilding my life, and showing up for clients with the empathy of someone who had lived through major transitions herself.

What began as a personal challenge grew into a purpose-driven business. Today, I help families and investors navigate their own life changes with clarity, strategy, and care. My success was not inherited — it was built, step by step, from resilience, faith, and the determination to create something better.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not at all — but it’s been an incredibly meaningful journey. Along the way, I’ve learned more than I ever expected, met people whose lives I’ve been able to impact, and pushed myself through moments of true burnout for the first time in my career. Those challenges forced me to pause, reset, and rebuild with more clarity and intention.

Today, I’m in a season of expansion — excited, a little nervous, but fully committed to growing into the next chapter. The road hasn’t been smooth, but every twist has made me stronger, more focused, and more prepared for what’s ahead.
