Meet Jackie and Jenna Beal of Tiny Bubbles Bar Cart

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jackie and Jenna Beal.

Hi Jackie and Jenna, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Our good friend Amanda knew how much we liked Aperol spritzes, so she gifted us a pair of slip-on Espadrilles with an embroidered spritz on one shoe and an Aperol bottle on the other for Christmas. What started as a thoughtful gift turned into the inspiration behind our mobile bar cart company, tiny bubbles. We believe life has so much to celebrate and wanted to create an experience that brought bubbles to every celebration. Our mobile bar carts feature adult beverages made of tiny bubbles. We started with offerings of rose and white sparkling wine and then, of course, our signature Aperol Spritz. However, a year plus in, we have evolved to include all drinks bubbly – spritzes, mimosas, beer, bubbly cocktails depending on the host’s request. We started creating the cart and concept in March 2021, and our first cart, Louise (named after our mother), debuted in June 2021. In June 2022, we debuted our second cart Elise named after one of us sisters, Jenna. Elise is her middle name. Both carts have a different color pallet to meet the style of every event. The best part of tiny bubbles is that we get to do what we love together as a sister duo.

Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
We did not have any expectations going into this, which we think was helpful. The hardest part was conceptualizing how we wanted to present ourselves and create the overall brand. This also included how we wanted to build our cart. We had it on paper, but building the cart had some trial and error. We are very proud of ourselves for the final product and appreciate all the support we received from our friends and family. We have relied on social media to gain exposure; using that as a tool is still an everyday learning opportunity. Without any assistance from an investor, loan, etc, the unforeseen expenses of starting a new business were also something we had to navigate. Our top focus at the moment is finalizing our website by the end of the summer.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
tiny bubbles is best for pre-wedding ceremony drinks, cocktail hours, bridal showers, baby showers, and all celebrating events. We work with the event host to customize unique beverage offerings for their special event. We are a female-owned and operated sister duo company. We take a ton of pride in our little creation and want to share this unique experience with others.

Have you learned any interesting or important lessons due to the Covid-19 Crisis?
We realize a ton of events/weddings/celebrations were pushed due to Covid-19. We are looking forward to a busy 2023 to make up for missed or postponed celebrations.
