Meet Erin O’malley of Lillie Aesthetics

Today we’d like to introduce you to Erin O’malley

Hi Erin, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
It all started in 2010 when I graduated from nursing school. I started working at a local hospital but realized I wanted more autonomy and leadership. This led me to pursue my doctorate in nursing and become a board certified nurse practitioner. I worked in a few clinics where my passion for preventative wellness, weight loss, and injectables grew. During that time I also experienced a health scare. My dermatologist found a precancerous area on my face. This further grew my interest for all things skin, wellness, and regenerative medicine.

A short time after in tiny office in Bel Air, Maryland, I established Lillie Aesthetics offering injectables and weight loss. This little office gave me the opportunities to grow to where I am today.

A short time after starting my business, a sweet girl messaged me on instagram. We decided to meet up and instantly things clicked. We both wanted growth and decided we wanted it together. In August 2023, Lillie Aesthetics & Vital Skin was born. Our storefront officially opened in February 2024 in Perry Hall, MD.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Although I wish I could say it has been a smooth road, life doesn’t work like that.
While advancing my education and taking all training opportunities available in aesthetics, I applied to several positions but was often denied. After being rejected several times, I decided to go out on my own and give it my all by starting my own practice. While building my new business I found out I pregnant with my 2nd child and had an infant at home. To ensure that the business continued to thrive, i took every opportunity and worked as much as I could while pregnant, building my business day by day.

Lillie Aesthetics is a medical aesthetics service that provides a personalized approach, caring for each client’s individual needs. We are result driven and client focused, with the ultimate goal of ensuring our clients feel and look their best by enhancing their natural features using injectables such as Botox and dermal fillers, medical grade skin care, microneedling, and much more. We take pride in safe, evidence based care, as well as educating our clientele.

We are most proud of our authentic, laid- back down to earth roots, where we inspire self care and wellbeing.

We love collaborating with other small businesses, including other women owned businesses. We love to host and/or attend events supporting small local businesses such as ours. We also provide trainings for potential estiticians and nurses as well as educate the public about regenerative medicine.
