Meet Aston Dollars of New York

Today we’d like to introduce you to Aston Dollars.

Aston, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My journey as Aston Dollars started with a passion for music, creativity, and the belief that I had something unique to say. Music was never just about making songs for me it became a way to express my experiences, my ambition, and the person I was becoming.

Over the years, I’ve continued to develop myself as an artist, songwriter, performer, and entrepreneur. I’ve worked with different artists, producers, DJs, and creatives, performed at major events and venues, and continued putting my music and brand in front of new audiences. Every experience, whether it was a major opportunity or a difficult setback, helped shape me into the artist I am today.

Aston Dollars represents more than just a stage name. It represents confidence, individuality, consistency, and the mindset of always striving for more. I’ve built my brand around being authentic, staying creative, and creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.

Today, I’m continuing to grow as an independent artist and entrepreneur through my music, performances, collaborations, and Aston Dollars Global brand. I’m still evolving, still creating, and still chasing the next level. For me, the journey is just as important as the destination and I’m nowhere near finished.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Definitely not. Like any journey, there have been plenty of challenges along the way. I’ve had to deal with setbacks, disappointments, people who didn’t believe in me, and moments when opportunities didn’t work out the way I expected. Balancing work, life, family, and building my music career has also tested me at times.
There were moments when I questioned whether I should keep going, but I learned that the struggles are part of the story. Instead of allowing setbacks to stop me, I used them as motivation to work harder, become more independent, and stay true to my vision.
Every obstacle taught me something patience, consistency, discipline, and the importance of believing in myself even when nobody else could see the vision. Those experiences helped shape Aston Dollars into who I am today. I’m still facing challenges, but now I look at them differently, every setback is another opportunity to grow, evolve, and come back stronger.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
As Aston Dollars, I’m a recording artist, songwriter, performer, and creative entrepreneur. My work centers around music, storytelling, performance, and building a brand that connects with people. I specialize in creating music with personality and purpose, writing hooks and songs, collaborating with other artists and producers, and bringing energy to live performances and creative projects.

I’m known for being versatile and for constantly creating. I don’t want to put myself in just one box I’m an artist, but I’m also involved in the business, branding, collaborations, performances, and creative direction behind what I do. I’ve had the opportunity to work with different artists, producers, DJs, engineers, and creatives, perform at events and venues, and continue building my presence across music, entertainment, and digital platforms.

What I’m most proud of is the fact that I’ve continued to build and evolve without giving up on my vision. I’ve created my own identity as Aston Dollars and developed Aston Dollars Global as an extension of that vision. Every song, performance, collaboration, and opportunity represents another step in building something that belongs to me.

What sets me apart is my mindset. I’m not just trying to make music I’m trying to build a legacy. I bring confidence, personality, creativity, and an entrepreneurial mindset to everything I do. I believe in creating opportunities instead of waiting for them, and I’m always looking for the next way to grow, connect with people, and push my creativity further.

At the end of the day, Aston Dollars is about individuality, ambition, and staying true to yourself while continuing to evolve. I’m proud of how far I’ve come, but I’m even more excited about what I’m still building.

So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
What matters most to me is family, purpose, and leaving a legacy that means something. I want the people I love to know that everything I’ve worked for was bigger than just myself. Being able to provide, create opportunities, and build something that my family can be proud of is extremely important to me.

My music also matters deeply because it gives me a voice. It allows me to tell my story, express what I’ve experienced, connect with people, and turn my creativity into something that can inspire someone else. I believe your story can have an impact on people you may never even meet.

Most importantly, I want to stay true to who I am. The name Aston Dollars represents my ambition, confidence, creativity, and determination to keep moving forward. I’ve learned that success isn’t only about how far you go it’s about who you become along the way and the people you inspire.

What matters most to me is building something lasting, taking care of the people who matter to me, and proving that with consistency, faith in yourself, and hard work, you can turn a vision into reality.
