Life, Values & Legacy: Our Chat with Suki Eleuterio of Perry Hall

Suki Eleuterio shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.

Suki, a huge thanks to you for investing the time to share your wisdom with those who are seeking it. We think it’s so important for us to share stories with our neighbors, friends and community because knowledge multiples when we share with each other. Let’s jump in: What are you most proud of building — that nobody sees?
The thing I’m most proud of building that nobody really sees is my podcast. It’s been around for six years and I am proud to be celebrating our 100th episode in the coming weeks. What started as just recording my episodes on my phone when I drove my daughter to kindergarten has evolved into a fully fleshed out podcast empire filled with intriguing guests, a mini podcast studio in my room, and even a sound engineer to make it sound great. I’m proud of sticking by it, pouring love into it, and sharing my voice and thoughts with the world.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Suki Eleuterio and I am a creativity coach, spiritual mentor, and president of FemCity Baltimore, a group for creatives, entrepreneurs and women in business.

As a creativity coach and spiritual mentor I have taught yoga and meditation for 10 years, studied Buddhist philosophies, studied with the Shamans of the Munay-Ki of Peru, and am a certified Reiki Healer. I’ve also studied feminine embodiment and Human Design. I take all these things and help my clients – sensitive creatives- break through creative blocks and return to their soft, feminine, creative souls.

In 2025 I started the Baltimore chapter of FemCity, a heart-centered community of women who inspires each other and builds genuine connections. We meet monthly in the downtown Baltimore and Perry Hall region,

My path to creativity and healing came from a place of pain – for many years I struggled with endometriosis and PCOS. In the real world I found myself in cycles of burnout and exhaustion. My perfectionism and people pleasing kept me stuck from living my creative dreams. Now I teach people how to trust themselves and use their inner feminine wisdom to manifest a creative, intuitive life.

In 2019 I started my podcast, Soul Guided with Sookton, which was in the top 10% downloaded worldwide in 2024. The podcast invites listeners to tune into their souls.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
I think I was soft, creative, and sensitive.

That’s why I work with sensitive creatives now.

I feel everything. I listen and tune in. Everything is a sign. Everything has a deeper meaning if you look at it differently.

I always felt that I didn’t fit in, that I was weird or alien. In time I came to learn that my sensitivity was my super power and my creativity was a channel to return to my true self- my soul.

What fear has held you back the most in your life?
The fear that has held me back the most is perfectionism. I know it so intimately, and so I see how it blocks me from sharing more of my creative projects with the world, In my mind I can’t release it or share it until it’s good enough.

This “good enough” thing is something I have really worked on through the years.

I’ve come down to the word “enough.” Which is a powerful word and I have decided to redefine what it means to me.

I’m writing a book on success and I am hindered from publishing it because I keep telling myself it’s not good enough yet.

So lately I have just been working though the affirmation:

I am enough.
It is enough.
I have done enough

It’s been helping me breaking through these restrictive feelings.

Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? Where are smart people getting it totally wrong today?
Smart people are getting it wrong by hiding behind AI, or other technology instead of using their real voices, their real writing, their real pictures.

So many people nowadays are using Generative AI for their profile pictures, social media posts, and using ChatGPT to write the whole social post for them.

It’s exhausting when we all sound and look the same!

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
The story I hope they will tell about me when I’m gone is that she held space for women to speak their truth and follow their passions. She was a community builder, a teacher, a healer and a light in this world. She was a wonderful mother and wife. She shared her big heart with others.
