Lyndsae’ Peele shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.
Lyndsae’, a huge thanks to you for investing the time to share your wisdom with those who are seeking it. We think it’s so important for us to share stories with our neighbors, friends and community because knowledge multiples when we share with each other. Let’s jump in: Are you walking a path—or wandering?
I’m not just out here trying to figure it out—my steps are ordered. Every move I make starts with prayer and keeping God at the center. Even when the road feels uncertain, like launching my business during a pandemic or gearing up for new products and services (stay tuned!), I lean on faith and remember just how far God has brought me. Walking the path isn’t about perfection—it’s about trusting God’s plan, staying grounded in purpose, and letting His will lead the way every single time.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
What makes Kingdom Vision Consulting so special is that we lead with faith and purpose in everything we do. I’ve learned that when you keep God at the center, the right people, resources, and opportunities always find their way to you—and honestly, that’s been my story. My fresh perspective on things helps me connect with folks at every level of finance and real estate, from first-time homebuyers to major partners and funders. At KVC, we don’t just talk numbers—we help you build confidence, community, and a legacy of generational wealth. This work is personal to me because it’s Kingdom work, and I’m grateful to walk this journey with every client who trusts us to help bring their vision to life.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
The part of me that’s served its purpose—and now needs to be released—is that hardworking perfectionist who used to think everything had to be just right before taking the next step. That mindset served me well in my corporate career, where structure and precision ruled the day. But in this next season of entrepreneurship and expansion, I’m learning that business is about progress, not perfection. It’s about trying, failing forward, and trusting that God will fill in the gaps where I fall short. So, I’m releasing the pressure to have it all figured out and embracing the freedom to grow, learn, and lead with grace along the way.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
I’d tell my younger self, “Baby girl, you are so much more than your job title. One day, you’re going to use your voice and your story to impact thousands—maybe even millions—of entrepreneurs of color. You’ll stand on stages and talk about banking, credit repair, real estate, and wealth in ways that make people feel seen, capable, and empowered. That attention to detail you have? That’s your gift. That uniqueness that sometimes made you feel different? That’s your superpower. God has big plans for you—bigger than anything you could ever imagine—and you don’t have to be afraid of it. Just keep trusting Him, even when it feels scary, because He’s ordering every step.”
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My closest friends would say that what really matters is that people have a fair chance at building wealth. I know historically black and brown skin people are left out of wealth-building conversations, and that’s why I wake up every morning and do what I do. We absolutely MUST close this wealth gap or die trying!
Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. What do you think people will most misunderstand about your legacy?
What most people misunderstand about my legacy is that they think it’s easy—maybe I just make it look that way. What they don’t see are the late nights, early mornings, and the countless prayers I’ve sent up asking God to make the investments—financial, emotional, and spiritual—worth it. They don’t see the classes I took after long workdays, the back-to-back meetings to keep my team aligned, or the constant effort to stay grounded in faith so I can lead this vision with clarity and grace. The truth is, there’s been a lot of sacrifice behind every success. But every lesson, every tear, and every triumph has a story—and I can’t wait to share more of that in my upcoming podcast, *Kingdom Conversations*.
