We’re looking forward to introducing you to Kionne Pollitt. Check out our conversation below.
Hi Kionne , thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What is a normal day like for you right now?
A normal day for me looks like
Wake up around 11-12 pm (afternoon) after getting off a 7 hours work shift from 12am -6am
then starting my clients right after ..
Then try preparing some dinner take a nap & do it all over again at 12 midnight
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Kionne Pollitt, founder of KpXperience — a brand built to inspire, connect, and leave a lasting impression. For me, it’s more than just a business; it’s a movement rooted in creativity, authenticity, and the power of shared experiences.
KpXperience is about curating moments that feel personal, powerful, and unforgettable — whether through style, storytelling, or spaces that spark connection. What makes it special is that every project reflects a piece of my journey, turning vision into something people can truly feel.
Right now, I’m focused on expanding the brand with fresh ideas and experiences that not only look good but create a real impact. At the heart of it all, my mission is simple: to leave people inspired and ready to embrace their own Xperience.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
Losing moments I thought I’d have forever taught me that connection is life’s most valuable currency.
A moment that shaped how I see the world was realizing that experiences,
the ones that move you, connect you, and stay with you — are more valuable than anything you can own. I learned this through both joy and loss, and it shifted how I live and work. It’s why I created KpXperience: to design moments that are real, personal, and unforgettable, because I know how quickly time can change everything. Now, I see the world as a place where connection is our most valuable treasure, and I work every day to make sure people feel it.
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
You have to go through hardship before you reach Success .
Suffering taught me patience, empathy, and the ability to see beauty in imperfection — lessons success rarely demands.
It showed me that sometimes suffering in a still moment is the only time you can actually reach success , also showed me how strong I could be when nothing felt certain, and how connection matters more than achievement. Success celebrates the outcome, but suffering shapes the soul.
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What important truth do very few people agree with you on?
An important truth I hold — that not everyone agrees with — is that failure isn’t the opposite of success, it’s part of it. I believe every setback is raw material for growth, and that “losing” often moves you closer to what you’re truly meant for than winning ever could
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: Could you give everything your best, even if no one ever praised you for it?
Yes because if your don’t start by praising yourself you will never get anywhere .
. Giving your best isn’t about applause or recognition—it’s about integrity and honoring your own standards. When you commit fully, even unseen, you build character and create work that truly matters. Praise is nice, but the real reward is knowing you showed up 100%.
