Hi Isaac, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: Would YOU hire you? Why or why not?
Absolutely. I am reliable, honest, a team player and will put in the necessary preparation prior to the job so that when it comes time to deliver, I am locked in.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Isaac is a Baltimore, Maryland based multi-instrumentalist, singer/songwriter who brings an innovative hybrid picking approach to his original and cover band projects.
When Isaac is not at the helm of his original band “Krapf”, he fronts his own Top 40 band that plays events & venues on the Eastern Shore. So far in 2025 they played The Sole of the City 10K in Baltimore and The Delaware Marathon and Running Festival as well as numerous other clubs and venues.
Okay, so here’s a deep one: What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
Lack of effort. This usually is a slow process that gradually disintegrates the relationship. Bonds break when people stop showing up / in each others lives.
Bonds restore when you actively seek to be present in the day to day of each others walks.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
To be more present when people are sharing their thoughts with you. Listen & engage when others speak.
