Hi Theo, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I got started initially as telemedicine business in late 2018, it was video visits only I was still working inpatient during the day so I needed a flexible business path. 2 years later when the pandemic occurred I seen an opportunity to provide in home covid testing for work clearance and travel word of mouth referral spread like wildfire and growth went on for two years. I was able to pivot the brand in 2023 to concierge health. I started doing house calls for clients who valued their time and health. I have refined my client list over the last few years to pivot into executive health.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
No road is smooth and no one man is an island. struggles I can point out 1. not recognizing your limitations 2. not knowing when to fire 3. scaling too fast 4. bad branding 5. not maintaining a good crm

Weekend Whitecoat concierge is an executive health and health advisory practice that provides bespoke care, house calls, advisory opinion, corporate health and consulting. The biggest difference we provide is clinical intelligence and health navigation. I am proud of the direction that we provided for clients. This fall I will be launching Whitecoat Private, an application based cohort of membership health providing health navigation and health optimization protocols.
Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
My wife Mercedez has played a large role in my success, she’s my sounding board, she was my chatgpt before open Ai existed. She encouraged me to pursue it and I am grateful. I am also grateful to the network and mentorship I got in the Goldman Sachs 10ksb program
