Inspiring Conversations with Margaret Irvin of Noah Armahn Home

Today we’d like to introduce you to Margaret Irvin.

Hi Margaret, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My name is Margaret J. Irvin, though I answer to a plethora of monikers. I am a mother, grandmother, spoken word artist, entrepreneur, investor, edu ator, and realtor.

As an educator, I quickly found the need to supplement my income and help other people achieve homeownership. As a licensed Realtor in Maryland, I am lovingly and professionally known as Real Estate Maggie. I created Noah Armahn Homes to offer the matriarchs of the world, an opportunity to build generational wealth through creating passive income.

When it comes to real estate, I believe in providing a quality experience that gives my clients a competitive edge. Whether preparing homes for sale, renting investment properties, hosting vacation rentals, or creating the space for dreams to come true, I provide fresh ideas and concepts to fit my client’s styles and needs.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The learning curve has been great and steady. The toughest part has been reaching within, and constantly reminding myself of who I am and what I am capable of. Real estate isn’t for the faint of heart and I had to learn that quickly.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Noah Armahn Home LLC?
Noah Armahn Home, LLC is a luxury real estate service provider. We offer a variety of real estate services including but not limited to, rental and arbitrage investments, and buying and selling real estate. We specialize in staging, designing, and reinventing small spaces.

A Licensed REALTOR, investor, educator, and entrepreneur, I’m experienced in a plethora of areas in real estate. From Home Staging to Short-Term Rental design, listings, buyers, and property management; clients are provided a detailed and qualitative approach to ensure that no detail is missed.

What would you say has been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
Delay isn’t denial.
