Inspiring Conversations with Lynette Gonzalez of Lettie Marie Luxury Aesthetics

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lynette Gonzalez.

Lynette Gonzalez

Hi Lynette, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
I became a licensed aesthetician in 2016. I worked at a Luxury DaySpa and learned and grew a lot. I chose to move back to southern central Pennsylvania to be closer to family. I began working in a suite in the back of a barbershop.

After about a year, I was able to build over 500 clients. And I decided that point It was time to open my own business. So in 2021, I opened my location LMLA in West York PA. Since opening, we have expanded into a double suite, and now have a staff of 10!

We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Since opening our doors, we have faced many obstacles. Covid was a major obstacle in the beginning as we opened in 2021 and things were still complicated due to COVID-19.

Since then changes in the economy, continue to affect our business. However, we continue to find ways to service a wide range of communities and do our best to bring top-quality service at affordable prices.

As you know, we’re big fans of Lettie Marie Luxury Aesthetics (LMLA). For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
We are in Aesthetics Salon and Medspa.

We specialize in all beauty treatments ranging from Facials to hair mover, makeup botox, and more. We provide a positive and relaxed atmosphere to all of our clientele and our main focus is for our clients to leave feeling confident in their skin.

How do you think about luck?
In my opinion, most good things come from hard work, but I can say that I am lucky as well as blessed to have such an amazing team.

My staff is strong, talented, intelligent, and kind. They are the best people I could’ve asked for to grow my business with!
