Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Growing Up, I was blessed to have my parents who raised me on principles (universal laws). This would soon be what I would use in life to make my moment by moment decisions. A life by logic and reasoning that would propel my positive life experiences.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has been pretty smooth. There are two different ways to learn and gather information. There is “PE” (Personal Experience) & “OPE” (Other People’s Experience). I lived a life where I chose to not to live a life of trial and error via “PE”, but learn from others via “OPE”.
We are have obstacles that we have to hurdle in life and this builds intestinal fortitude, perseverance and character.
We’ve been impressed with Ross Multimedia Group, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We are a full-service branding and multimedia company dedicated to helping businesses, organizations and entrepreneurs tell compelling stories and build memorable identities.
Some of the pertinent areas include photography, film production, social media engineering and etc.
We are licensed and certified in all areas of our work with a Minority Business Enterprise, System of Award Management certification and hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Business & Technology Management.
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
The characteristic I value most in my success would be “Self Discipline”. The ability to place strict guidelines upon yourself is the foundation. It is all self motivating and all internal. There is no outside stimuli that can infiltrate and cause dissemination.
In all, self discipline is the bridge between setting goals and achieving them.
