Hi Deserie, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I was a sickly child. I went from having seizures in elementary and wearing a heart monitor in high school for mitrovalve prolapse. I had surgery on my right hip at 15 to straighten ‘pigeon toes’ where the put a metal plate in my leg for one year before removing it. I was on crutches for almost 6 months both times.
Fast forward to adulthood and being diagnosed with 19 diseases to include Lung Cancer. In 2013, one of my best friends, Nichie told me about Reiki and helped me take the class with her to become a certified Reiki Master. This practice helped me to become more aware of the energy my body was taking in and emitting. It helped me start to find balance.
Yet, I still was getting sick, feeling lethargic and in pain. In 2022, that same friend told me she took a class with CEJ Images that taught her how to detox the lymphatic system and she thought it would help me too. She helped me get into this class and what Camille Jones taught had my mouth falling to the floor several times. I had so many ‘aha’ moments that it was overwhelming. I was the client in class for all hands on training and let me tell you, I literally looked different when I left that class but most importantly, I felt different, energized, less pain, fluid left my shoulders, face and head.
After class, I began working on myself weekly. One of my classmates and I began doing exchanges and working on each other. I saw aches and pains that I had dealt with for decades begin to fade away. I was able to come off some of the 18 pills I was taking (26) on Fridays. I started Sacred SOULutions, LLC and began co-partnering with others in their healing journey and it gives me such joy to help others tap into their own inner healer and improve their quality of life. I’m so thankful for Nichole Ruffin for always helping me reach my optimal health and potential. I’m also grateful that Camille Jones didn’t gatekeep this holistic modality and was willing to duplicate herself with every student she teaches to help the masses.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t been smooth but it’s definitely been progressive. I’ve run business before but never in such a serving capacity. I had to learn all of the business attributes that go along with the service (how to set up a room, cleaning and safety measures, purchasing supplies/equipment, etc.). Building clientele wasn’t easy in the beginning because it’s a new modality and it’s holistic. I explain to clients how I use all living frequency tools to help their body find balance. Now, word of mouth and physical appearance from clients who have been helped by the service, bring clients in.

At Sacred SOULutions we are promoting balance and well-being through alternative holistic care for your mind, body and soul. I am what we like to call a body mechanic. I specialize in Lymphatic Frequency Detox, sinus relief and body sculpting. I feel like my life experiences with dis-ease sets me apart from others because I have an inate knowing about illness and disease. I’m able to feel and see things that some may miss while working on clients and I listen to them speak as well as what their body is telling me. We are all electric beings and being able to read energy helps me tremendously.

What are your plans for the future?
My plans for the future is brick and mortar. I am in classes for other modalities that will add to your wellness as well as connecting with other healers.
