Hidden Gems: Meet Nikki Ananda of Nikki Ananda; Integrative Embodiment Coaching

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nikki Ananda.

Hi Nikki, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey in becoming an Integrative Embodiment Coach, Sacred Sexuality Practitioner, and Venusian Healer began in 2 distinct pivotal phases in my life. The first phase was when I started to have a series of spiritual awakenings come in from 17-24 years old. I started tapping into Universal wisdom, but I was not physically or emotionally mature enough to understand how to apply what I was receiving from God/Source/The Universe to Life. I didn’t know how to embody it.

In December 2012, I had a spiritual awakening that actually landed me in a psychiatric hospital because my nervous system was not equipped to handle the energy that was coming in. During this time, I received big messages about the responsibility of having a body, how to care for and love my body, and how to become embodied with my mission and purpose.

Embodiment became my focus. Healing became my path.

The first practical step I took towards embodiment was coming into my yoga teacher training. I had no desire to actually teach yoga, but I felt called to deepen my understanding and exposure to yoga philosophy and be immersed in the ancient wisdom of the yogis. I spent a year studying and practicing Classical Yoga, and I felt so much connection to the consciousness of Yoga itself. Yoga became my bridge to understanding how to weave my spirit through my body, realizing there was no separation between God and matter. Yoga became the foundation for all my other practices and trainings to build upon.

The next distinct layer of healing came through plant medicine ceremonies. I worked with the sacred plant, Ayahuasca, from 2013-2018 to support the release of traumas from my body and deepen on my healing journey. Ayahuasca taught me about somatic healing, how our cells actually hold trapped emotions and experiences. Healing through psychedelic and altered states became a key to me unlocking so much of my soul’s light that had been blocked in my energy centers and body. I was so grateful to have the support and assistance of the plant medicines, but what I had found was there was always a “cap” to what I could heal and experience in these states. Ayahuasca set the stage for my next phase when I uncovered sexual traumas that had been so deeply repressed in me that I had no idea of the impact that they were having on my being. Once these sexual traumas were unveiled, I began on the next stage of my healing evolution.

The next phase of my healing came when I tapped into the power of Womb Work and began my journey on the Sacred Sexuality path. I began to explore these realms and found the direct root of our personal power was within our sexuality. I started to unpack false ideas about sexual energy that our society indoctrinates us with, everything from fear-based sex education to shame/guilt constructs on embodiment. I began to understand the truth of Erotic Innocence and feel the direct connection between our relationship to conscious manifestation/creation and our relationship with our own lifeforce (sexual) energy.

I began working with a practitioner who offered hands-on healing. It took me 3 years of knowing her and working in her realms before I felt ready to receive such an intimate form of healing. In my first session with her, I broke through profound layers of trauma and accessed higher states of healing than I ever did through plant medicines. I directly experienced the healing through our sexuality and began to understand the importance of having a clear and healing relationships with our feminine energy centers; our throat, heart, womb, and yoni.

From this point on I became very passionate about learning how to open and clear our energy centers so that we may anchor in our own Divinity. I became passionate about supporting the healing of the Collective Feminine so that we may all have the ability to feel sovereign and empowered in our life. I became passionate about sharing the gifts that I had accessed through my own healing journey, the wisdom that had been passed down to me by so many powerful women, so that it became my path to service.

Through this Feminine Embodiment path, I became familiar with working with the senses and elements to bridge the metaphysical and physical worlds. Working with sound healing, movement, and engaging the senses has been a direct thread to the healing that unfolds in the sessions I offer. Working with sound as it relates to ether, sight as it relates to fire, smell as it relates to air, taste as it relates to water, and touch as it relates to earth. When we begin to bridge the senses to the elements, we find ourselves even more grounded on Earth, Gaia Sophia.

I have had the honor to work with many great lineage carriers, elders, wise women, and medicine women on my path to healing. I became a carrier of the Rose Lineage and a keeper of the Feminine Mysteries. All the work that I had integrated for my own healing journey became my path to service. Now I have the honor of supporting women across the world to anchor into their own sovereign light and power through healing, mentorship, and ceremony.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The first 24 years of my life were deeply embedded with traumas. I can be playful about it now and say that I was a “trauma magnet” in so many ways. Our subconscious mind will continue to seek our what it knows, and what mine knew was trauma.

When I began my healing path, I discovered that all the traumas I had experienced seemed to branch from the root trauma of my adoption at birth. This initial imprint of abandonment would play out in my life through relationships, community, traumatic losses, and other events and experiences that at first may not appear to be related.

Through my entire childhood and adolescence, I was chronically depressed and anxious. I believed that this was just how life was going to be for me. I did not know it was possible to live any other way. I actually thought “happy people” were faking it. No exaggeration! It didn’t seem possible for me. But once I got a taste of another way of living, once I had my first spiritual awakening, I became driven to live life in a way that was heart-centered and fulfilling. I became driven to find the heart-centered meaning behind life. I became driven to move towards healing instead of self-sabotage and existential crisis.

I feel the longest journey on the healing path can be the journey from the mind to the heart, or from the mind to the body. It took many years of practice and reinforcing pathways to feel truly embodied and thaw my heart from the armor that I had installed to protect me from hurt and suffering. But once it clicked, it clicked!

I think it is so important to remember that healing is a way of life, not a destination. We can get so caught up in trying to be “our best selves” that we forget that it is all about the journey. When we can remember that life is about the journey, we can then choose to always be facing and moving towards healing. We can always be facing and moving towards love.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Nikki Ananda, LLC; Integrative Embodiment Coaching?
I serve as an Integrative Embodiment Coach, Somatic & Sacred Sexuality Practitioner, Spiritual & Psychedelic Integration Specialist, and Mentor to New Paradigm Leaders.

Even though I have completed various certification programs that have trained me in the services I offer, most of the integrity in my service has been created through having incredible mentors and healers on the path of my own personal healing journey.

I devoted many years to healing, learning, and apprenticing with elders in my spiritual community. I have had the privilege of being immersed in sacred ceremonies that initiated me into becoming a carrier of Earth’s Wisdom & the Feminine Mysteries.

Embodiment is the key foundation of my services. I support people in expanding their nervous system’s capacity to hold and anchor Divinity within every atom, cell, organ, and biological system so that we may become the sovereign creators of our reality.

My modalities infuse Universal Law transmissions with Sacred Sexuality practices to support the development of energetic mastery and emotional intelligence. Working with Mentorship alongside the Venusian Temple Arts, I guide women to reclaim personal power while embracing expansion through duality.

My 1:1 programs are 3–6-month immersive mentorship journeys into healing and the Feminine Mysteries. I help women deepen their embodiment and connect to their sovereign power. Moving through shadow work, somatic healing, healing the feminine wounds (mother wound, sister wound, witch wound), sacred ceremony, and integrative practices, I help the women in my world step into their mission and purpose.

I offer hands-on healing and bodywork sessions for women in my 1:1 programs so that they can come home in their bodies. This Venusian Temple Bodywork is focused on healing the jaw, throat, heart, womb, and yoni. These sessions are powerful ceremonies that unlock divinity and love within the body so that we may live in our pleasure and power. I have women travel in from around the country to receive these sessions!

There are 3 group coaching programs I run live throughout the year:

“Intimacy Template Reset” is a 44-day program is for clearing entanglements from your ancestral and relationship patterns so you may return to energetic sovereignty.

“Magdalene Embodiment Activation” is a 12-week journey into the Venusian Rose Path, Divine Embodiment, and Sacred Sexuality for women desiring to connect deeply with their body.

“Prosperous Priestess” is a 12-week journey for unlocking your own unique codes for wealth and prosperity so that you may lead a heart-centered and fulfilling life.
