Hidden Gems: Meet Erica Bigger of WhollyGloss/WG House of Care

Today we’d like to introduce you to Erica Bigger.

Hi Erica, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
WhollyGloss began in 2018 from my love of beauty, fashion, and my desire to create something with purpose. What started as a beauty brand evolved into a mission-driven company focused on helping women feel beautiful, whole, and cared for. Through product launches, pop-ups, partnerships, grants, and community experiences, WhollyGloss has continued to grow. Today, we’re expanding beyond beauty into wellness for the women, creating spaces and experiences that support women both inside and out.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Not at all. Like many entrepreneurs, the journey has had its share of challenges—financial limitations, navigating manufacturing and growth, and learning how to keep moving forward when things didn’t go as planned. There have been setbacks, but each one has strengthened the vision for WhollyGloss and made the mission even more meaningful.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
WhollyGloss is a purpose-driven beauty and wellness brand created to help women feel beautiful, confident, and whole. We’re known for our luxury lip gloss and for combining beauty with meaningful experiences and community impact.

WG House of Care is the next evolution of that vision—a faith-rooted wellness and care space designed to nurture the whole woman through beauty, wellness, rest, creativity, and community. From our signature beauty products to experiences like self-care services ( hair, nails, skin), floral offerings, nutrition, movement, and quiet spaces, we’re creating more than a brand—we’re creating a place where women can feel seen, restored, and cared for.

What sets us apart is our belief that beauty should go beyond the surface. We’re most proud of building a brand with purpose, heart, and a genuine commitment to helping women become whole.

How do you think about happiness?
What makes me happy is fulfilling the calling and purpose God intended for my life. I find the greatest joy in being in His will and His way and using what He has given me to help and serve others in the best way I can. Knowing that my gifts, experiences, and journey can be used to encourage, care for, and impact other people gives my life true meaning.
