Today we’d like to introduce you to Charnice Hale.
Hi Charnice, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
I began my journey right out of the 5th grade. I had a passion for drawing at a very young age and writing stories. I was encouraged by my teachers to enroll in a magnet school when I went to middle school. I was accepted into the visual arts magnet. I got so much joy out of creating and making works of art.
It wasn’t until high school that I began to branch off into digital arts and work on the computer with design, photography, and videography. I took my very first photography class in college and I knew that it was something that I didn’t want to let from my grasp.
I was able to combine my love for art with photography, videography, and graphic design into one. This later birthed my business of creating a visual representation for nonprofits, small businesses, and companies.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
There have been many challenges that I consider obstacles when it comes to being a business owner, but if everything was easy I would have not gained any knowledge or mastery. I believe obstacles show you what you are made of. The obstacles that I have encountered have made me stronger, smarter, and wiser.
As you know, we’re big fans of C.P. Hale Innovations Estate LLC. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
If I could categorize everything that C.P. Hale Innovations Estate LLC does, I’d say that we are the go-to expert to create a distinctive look and feel for a brand or organization. Encompassing three different areas of expertise – photography, graphic design, and videography and combining them into one. From logo design to website design, to product photography and product design, promotional video, and lifestyle photography – these are just a few possibilities that someone would seek our services for.
I think the one thing that sets C.P. Hale Innovations Estate LLC apart from others, is the simplicity and attention to detail. My #1 motto is to make a dream a reality. I want my work to represent exactly what my client has in mind.
I am most proud that I stepped out into my own brand/business. I didn’t wait or seek a place for hire, I hired myself and I am thee boss. I want readers to know that my business exists (!!!). And I’m happy to be of service to them by magnifying their vision for their brand, business, or organization.
What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
What I like most about our city is the love for the arts – music, fashion, and an array of art. You can meet so many people who have other passions that make Baltimore so diverse. What I like least about our city is the lack of opportunity. We sometimes have to branch out to seek bigger opportunities that we can’t obtain within our city.
