Hi Tony, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My journey into the automotive industry started with a genuine passion for cars and an interest in building relationships with people. I began by learning the business from the ground up — understanding customer needs, the sales process, and what truly makes a dealership stand out beyond just selling vehicles. Over time, that passion turned into a vision of creating a dealership experience centered around honesty, transparency, and customer trust.

Today, I’m proud to be in a position where I can not only provide quality vehicles but also create lasting relationships within the community. For me, success has always been about more than cars — it’s about building something people can trust and continuing to grow while staying true to those values.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Like all business owners, the path came with challenges and a lot of learning experiences, but each step helped shape the way I approach both business and customer service today. Through hard work, consistency, and support from family and loyal customers, I was able to grow from simply working in the industry to owning and operating a dealership.

At Xoticars, we focus on creating a car-buying experience that is honest, professional, and customer-centered. We specialize in providing quality pre-owned vehicles and helping customers find the right car for their needs, budget, and lifestyle. Whether someone is purchasing their first vehicle, upgrading for their family, or looking for something unique, we aim to make the process smooth and stress-free.

What sets us apart is the way we treat people. We believe trust, transparency, and long-term relationships matter more than simply making a sale. We take pride in being straightforward with our customers, paying attention to detail, and offering a level of service that makes people feel comfortable and respected throughout the process. A large part of our business comes from repeat customers and referrals, which means a lot to us because it reflects the relationships we’ve built over time.

As a brand, I’m most proud of the reputation we continue to build within the community. We’ve worked hard to create a business that people can rely on — not only for quality vehicles, but for integrity and personalized service. What matters most to you?
What matters most to me as a car dealership owner is trust and the relationships we build with our customers. Buying a vehicle is a major decision for most people, and I believe customers deserve honesty, transparency, and respect throughout the process. When people feel comfortable and confident doing business with you, that creates long-term relationships that are far more valuable than a one-time sale.

I also care deeply about maintaining a strong reputation and creating a business people can truly rely on. In this industry, word of mouth and customer experience mean everything. Seeing customers return years later, refer friends and family, or tell us they appreciated how they were treated is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

Beyond the business itself, I value growth — both personally and professionally. Every challenge, customer interaction, and opportunity to improve helps shape the dealership into something better. At the end of the day, success to me is about building something with integrity that positively impacts both customers and the community.
