Today we’d like to introduce you to Noreen Rehman-Brown.
Hi Noreen, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Over the years, my journey has been rooted in one thing: helping people live healthier, happier, and more connected lives. From a young age, I’ve always been passionate about giving back, supporting others, and creating meaningful experiences that improve wellbeing. Even in high school, I found myself naturally drawn to community service, health, and leadership.
I worked my way through college at the University of Maryland while working two jobs in the health field and service, determined to build a life centered around purpose and helping others. That passion eventually led me to develop youth wellness programs based on the six dimensions of health (now seven), which later earned me a Governor’s Citation for community health education.
Becoming a mother strengthened my entrepreneurial drive. After my first son was born, I owned a successful children’s enrichment franchise, Romp n’ Roll, which I grew into a thriving business and later sold at a profit. Over the course of my career, I have also worked in healthcare, pharmaceutical sales, event planning, marketing, and kitchen and design sales, consistently earning top-performer recognition. That success only deepened my commitment to giving back.
Giving back has always remained a huge part of my life. I founded Kids Give More, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on involving children and families in helping others because I strongly believe the more we give, the more we receive. Watching young people learn compassion and kindness has always been incredibly meaningful to me. I’ve always loved bringing people together, creating experiences, and helping others feel inspired and supported.
That love for connection eventually led me to create Prime Time Social, a social networking community focused on adults 35+ who want genuine connection, fun, and community. We host social events with networking, food, drinks, and music from the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s because I truly believe social health is one of the most overlooked parts of wellness. People need community, laughter, conversation, and connection just as much as they need healthy food and exercise.
Today, my focus is on holistic healing, mindset transformation, and emotional wellness as a Certified RTT® Practitioner and Certified Peer Fertility Coach. I help clients overcome anxiety, stress, fertility struggles, limiting beliefs, and emotional blocks through Rapid Transformational Therapy, subconscious work, and holistic wellness approaches. I’m deeply fascinated by the science behind the mind-body connection and how our nervous system, thoughts, emotions, and subconscious beliefs impact every area of our lives. I’m constantly reading, learning, researching, and growing so I can better support the people I work with.
Part of what inspired me to create Holistic Health Practitioners alongside my husband was my own frustration with how difficult it can be for incredible holistic practitioners to get noticed and grow their businesses. There are so many talented, compassionate practitioners doing amazing work, but many struggle with visibility and connection. We wanted to build more than just a directory — we envisioned a true community that supports, promotes, and uplifts professionals across all holistic modalities while helping people find trusted wellness resources more easily. It’s still evolving, but I truly believe it will become something very impactful.
At the heart of everything I do is compassion, purpose, and connection. I’m also a wife and mom of four boys, and balancing motherhood, entrepreneurship, wellness, and personal growth has taught me resilience, empathy, and the importance of creating calm and meaning in everyday life. I love gentle movement, working out, wellness rituals, learning, personal development, nourishment, lemon water mornings, nature, and creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and empowered.
What fulfills me most is seeing transformation, watching someone move from anxiety to peace, from hopelessness to confidence, or from feeling stuck to finally feeling free. That’s what continues to inspire me every day.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No, it has not been a completely smooth road, but I truly believe the challenges helped shape who I am today. From early on, I understood that if I wanted something, I would have to work for it. I didn’t have financial support handed to me, nor did I expect it, so I learned to be resourceful, resilient, and determined. I worked multiple jobs while putting myself through college, built businesses while raising children, and often had to balance ambition, motherhood, family life, and personal growth all at once.
There were absolute moments of exhaustion, stress, self-doubt, and tears along the way. Some goals took longer to accomplish simply because I was building everything step by step on my own. But even during difficult seasons, I always believed I had what it takes to succeed. I’ve always trusted in hard work, creativity, honesty, kindness, and treating people well. Those values opened many doors for me throughout my life and career.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that success is not always linear. Sometimes the things that look like setbacks are redirecting you toward something more aligned with your purpose. Leaving a successful career to pursue RTT and holistic wellness full-time was scary, especially when others questioned the decision, but deep down I knew it was where I was meant to be.
Faith also played a huge role in my journey. Whenever I felt overwhelmed or uncertain, I would pray, reflect, and keep moving forward. I truly believe mindset, perseverance, and belief in yourself are powerful. Even during the hard moments, I never lost sight of the bigger vision for my life, helping people heal, grow, and feel empowered.
Looking back, every challenge taught me something valuable: resilience, empathy, patience, and compassion. Those experiences now allow me to connect even more deeply with the people I help today.
We’ve been impressed with Mindset Wellness Therapy Also Holistic Health Practitioners AND Prime Time Social, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets my work apart is that I truly view wellness as a full mind-body-social connection. Everything I create is centered around helping people feel healthier, calmer, more connected, and more fulfilled in their lives.
My primary work is as a Certified RTT® Practitioner and Certified Peer Fertility Coach, where I help clients overcome anxiety, stress, limiting beliefs, emotional blocks, and fertility struggles through Rapid Transformational Therapy, subconscious work, mindset techniques, and holistic wellness approaches. I specialize in helping people get to the root cause of what’s holding them back so they can create lasting change instead of just temporary relief.
What makes my approach unique is the way I blend compassion, science, personal experience, and practical wellness strategies. I’m deeply interested in the mind-body connection and how the nervous system, emotions, subconscious beliefs, and daily habits shape overall wellbeing. I’m always learning and growing so I can support my clients in a more meaningful, personalized way.
Beyond RTT, I’m also the founder of Prime Time Social, a community focused on bringing adults together through fun social experiences, networking, music, food, and connection. Social wellness is something I’m very passionate about because I believe loneliness, stress, and disconnection affect people more than ever today. Creating spaces where people can laugh, connect, and feel part of a community is incredibly important to me.
I’m also building Holistic Health Practitioners with my husband, which was inspired by my own frustration trying to find and support holistic practitioners who were incredibly talented but struggled to gain visibility. We wanted to create more than just a directory, it is much more meaningful. Our vision is to build a trusted wellness community that supports practitioners across all holistic modalities while helping people discover valuable healing resources and services more easily. It’s still growing and evolving, but I’m incredibly proud of the vision behind it.
Brand-wise, what I’m most proud of is creating businesses and communities that genuinely help people. Whether it’s through RTT sessions, fertility support, wellness education, nonprofit work, or social connection, my goal has always been to make people feel seen, supported, empowered, and hopeful.
I want readers to know that my work comes from a very real place of compassion, purpose, and lived experience. I truly care about helping people improve their emotional, mental, physical, and social wellbeing, and I believe healing and transformation are possible for everyone.
What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned throughout my journey is that you cannot give up on yourself, even when things feel uncertain, difficult, or overwhelming. Every stage of life and business has taught me something valuable. I’ve learned that it’s okay to make mistakes, okay to pivot, and okay not to have all the answers right away. Growth comes from learning, adjusting, and continuing to move forward.
For a long time, I felt like I had to do everything on my own because that’s what I had always done. I worked hard, pushed through challenges, balanced motherhood, business, education, and life responsibilities, and just kept going. But one of the most important lessons I’ve learned is that it’s okay to ask for help. You don’t have to carry everything alone. Having support, collaboration, and community is incredibly important, both personally and professionally.
I’ve also learned that people are counting on me — not in a pressure-filled way, but in a meaningful way. Whether it’s my family, my clients, or the communities I’ve built, people are looking for hope, connection, healing, encouragement, and leadership. That responsibility has motivated me to continue growing into the best version of myself.
Another lesson I deeply believe in is that when you lead with love, integrity, compassion, and genuine care for people, things tend to align the way they are meant to. Of course, there are stressful moments and uncertainty, especially as an entrepreneur, but somehow everything has always worked out. Money comes and goes, opportunities evolve, and success can look different in different seasons of life, but purpose and impact matter most to me.
At the end of the day, I’ve learned to trust myself, trust the process, keep learning, stay humble, and continue showing up with kindness and authenticity. Those values have guided me through every chapter of my journey.
