Today we’d like to introduce you to Lyndsae’ Peele.
Hi Lyndsae’, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
**The Birth of Kingdom Vision Consulting: A Story of Purpose and Power**
Kingdom Vision Consulting was born in 2020 out of a divine alignment between purpose, passion, and preparation. After earning a BA in Broadcast Journalism from Howard University and an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus, Lyndsae’ Peele began to recognize a recurring theme in her work and community: Black entrepreneurs and families were systematically excluded from traditional wealth-building pathways. But instead of accepting the status quo, she felt called to do something bold.
Armed with banking expertise, a certification in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell, and a heart for economic justice, Lyndsae’ founded Kingdom Vision Consulting—a financial services firm rooted in faith, equity, and empowerment. Her mission was clear: to close the racial wealth gap through culturally competent coaching, capital access, and entrepreneurial strategy.
What began as a vision soon became a movement. Under Lyndsae’s leadership, Kingdom Vision quickly gained national recognition, earning the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 2022 Maryland Financial Services Champion of the Year. Through this firm, she blended her roles as a finance coach, ecosystem builder, and public servant, offering holistic support to entrepreneurs of color—from business planning to wealth protection.
But her vision didn’t stop there. As a licensed Realtor® and founder of Keys to the Kingdom Real Estate Advisors, Lyndsae’ expanded her mission to include increasing homeownership in historically excluded communities. Whether through financial coaching, capital access at Kiva U.S., or grassroots mentorship with the Greater Baltimore Black Chamber of Commerce, every endeavor circles back to one purpose: building generational wealth and legacy for marginalized communities.
Kingdom Vision Consulting isn’t just a company—it’s a calling. And Lyndsae’ Peele is leading it with conviction, compassion, and Kingdom focus.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Building Kingdom Vision Consulting has come with its fair share of challenges. One of the most pressing barriers has been navigating the complexities of government grants and funding opportunities. The process is often long, technical, and inconsistent—especially for mission-driven firms led by women of color. Another major struggle was keeping our clients focused and financially grounded during the height of the pandemic. Many were juggling survival—personally and professionally—and our role extended far beyond coaching into crisis management, emotional support, and resource connection.
Even with these challenges, KVC has been incredibly blessed. We’re surrounded by a phenomenal team and a clientele base that truly believes in our mission. They show up not just for the services, but for the shared values. Our running theme at Kingdom Vision is simple: give grace. Grace to ourselves, grace to our clients, and grace in the growth process. That mindset has carried us through—and continues to define how we lead, serve, and build.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Kingdom Vision Consulting?
Kingdom Vision Consulting (KVC) is an award-winning financial services firm founded with a mission to close the racial wealth gap by empowering Black and Brown entrepreneurs with the tools, strategy, and support they need to build generational wealth. We specialize in financial coaching, entrepreneurial strategy, and equitable capital access—bridging the gap between underrepresented business owners and the resources traditionally kept out of reach.
What sets KVC apart is our values-driven, culturally relevant approach. We don’t just provide services—we build relationships. We understand the lived experiences of our clients, many of whom have been historically excluded from financial systems, and we meet them with compassion, clarity, and strategy. We’re proud to blend deep industry expertise with genuine advocacy. Our founder, Lyndsae’ Peele, is a nationally recognized finance leader who brings both technical knowledge and lived experience to every initiative.
KVC is best known for our holistic wealth-building model that includes business coaching, access to capital (through partnerships like Kiva U.S.), and real estate advising via our sister firm, Keys to the Kingdom Real Estate Advisors. Our clients come to us for financial empowerment—but stay for the transformational growth they experience.
Brand-wise, we’re most proud of how consistent and intentional we’ve been in honoring our mission. In 2022, KVC was named the SBA Maryland Financial Services Champion of the Year—not just because of our results, but because of our heart. Our motto is simple but powerful: give grace. That principle drives everything we do, from internal culture to community outreach.
If there’s one thing we want readers to know, it’s that KVC is more than a business—it’s a movement. We are here to serve, to teach, and to transform how our communities engage with wealth-building. Whether you need capital, clarity, or coaching, we’re here to help you see—and seize—your Kingdom vision.
Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
One of the most effective strategies for finding mentors and building meaningful professional relationships is simply showing up. Attend career-related events, conferences, workshops—any space where leaders in your field are gathering. Your presence is your first introduction.
When networking, focus on how you bring value. Don’t just ask what someone can do for you—identify how your skills, energy, or mission align with theirs. Make it easy for them to say “yes” by being clear about what you’re looking for, respectful of their time, and intentional in your follow-up.
Another piece of advice: come prepared. Make sure you’re well-rested and bringing your best self into every room. Energy matters. People remember how you made them feel, not just what you said. Authenticity, curiosity, and professionalism go a long way in building lasting connections.
