We’re looking forward to introducing you to Doniqueka Louden. Check out our conversation below.
Doniqueka , a huge thanks to you for investing the time to share your wisdom with those who are seeking it. We think it’s so important for us to share stories with our neighbors, friends and community because knowledge multiples when we share with each other. Let’s jump in: Are you walking a path—or wandering?
I’m walking a path called “staying true to yourself.” My ultimate goal is to become a successful nutritionist. In the near future, I hope to open my own education center that focuses on all aspects of life: mind, body, and soul.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hey everyone! I’m Doniqueka, the founder of UniqueEatZ. As an entrepreneur passionate about health and wellness, I strive to make a positive impact within my community. From supporting food banks to offering affordable classes both in person and online, I’m dedicated to giving back. This year, I also launched my podcast, EaZe Your Mind, Body & Soul, which you can find on Spotify. We host biweekly sessions that focus on helping others live balanced, fulfilling lives.
Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. Who taught you the most about work?
My parents taught me the value of hard work. They are incredibly strong individuals who have sacrificed so much to see their family happy. They are the driving force behind my determination to chase my goals. Through every high and low, they’ve always been there for me I talk to them daily. They have helped me through every challenge, and I’m beyond grateful for them. They are truly a blessing, and I can’t wait to give them the world.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
Have patience! Things will come, but don’t let the when worry you. Just know that, in the end, you’re going to win. The road ahead may be full of obstacles, but face them with faith. Pray for guidance and wisdom on your journey, and trust that God will place the right people in your life and put you in the right places at the right time.
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes, that’s the real me. I don’t try to be anyone else but myself. I’m rare, genuine, and authentic what you see is what you get.
Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. Are you doing what you were born to do—or what you were told to do?
I truly feel like I’m doing what I was born to do helping people of all backgrounds, ages, and sizes, whether it’s with their mental or physical health.
