Daily Inspiration: Meet Christian Kearson

Today we’d like to introduce you to Christian Kearson.

Hi Christian, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
DemChakras came about at a pivotal time in my life. I was NOT happy with the way my future was looking. I had few boundaries, was super stressed, and let others be the deciding factors in a lot of my decisions and I finally decided in the parking lot of a laundromat to change my life. I pulled out my phone and made my first Instagram video in May of 2018. I left myself some words of encouragement and requested that my followers hold me accountable for checking back in 7 days from the day I had posted.

From then on, my motivational videos became daily reminders to do my best. Soon after posting my first video, I got a bunch of comments stating how the advice was applicable to those watching. I was encouraged. I decided to become the online friend a lot of people need. Someone to motivate and encourage them! Soon after I acquired a certification in Chakra Healing, and it’s been my journey since.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
By no means has this journey been smooth. The thing most people don’t tell you about personal healing is how lonely you feel. You begin feeling like no one understands you, no one knows your challenges, and you often try to convince yourself there’s little to no support in your desire to evolve.

Over time it’s gotten a lot easier to understand that people do support in their own way and this journey of introspection is meant to be a little lonely. The largest challenge was denouncing my religion. I felt very lonely. I was scared to admit my decision.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
Each October I teach a 4-Week online course to all the women who enroll. In this course, we discuss how to introduce yourself to self-evolution through shadow work and easy-to-implement lifestyle changes. I encourage my ladies to set boundaries, find the beauty in themselves, as well how to become the best version of themselves they can be. I’m most proud of the community I’ve built. The people that follow me online are my TRIBE.

Very supportive and encouraging people. I share a lot of my journey online so it’s comforting to know that someone outside of my support system understands my situation and supports my growth. I love how receptive my tribe is too. Always asking questions and wanting to know more about the chakras and how to tap into their personal power.

The thing that really makes me stand out is, that I do it all authentically, so that’s cursing in my prayers, wearing my bonnet on life, and ultimately teaching that Spirituality has no aesthetic and that it is accessible to anyone willing to do the work.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
For sure Sacral Circle will become a retreat. I’m going to get these ladies together in a space and we’re going to make magic happen with the way evolve. I also plan to attend, host, and speak at a lot more events surrounding motherhood, mental health, and overall personal growth. I also have a Podcast that I host with Akira Moonwalker on Instagram called Adulthood Anonymous, I’d love to be signed to a network in the next 5 years.
