Today we’d like to introduce you to Cam Munoz
Hi Cam, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started building brands when I was 19 living in the countryside of Maryland. I created a handmade cosmetics brand called Holo Moon Cosmetics and it took off. Since then I’ve built my own haus of my brands and it’s been a great experience.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Everything comes with good and bad times so the path is never necessarily easy. When Twitter went on a mass suspension spree in 2018, I had lost access to my business account and it was a learning lesson on building your brand on multiple platforms. I’ve had to learn to deal with customers, other brands owners and more along the way.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
Currently I am a content creator, business owner and I recently worked for an agency as their Influencer Outreach Coordinator. I also provide brands with UGC (user generated content) and I make authentic videos that can be used in marketing ads. I’m proud of all my accomplishments that I’ve made while juggling being a mother and wife. What sets me apart is that I bring my own style and uniqueness to everything I do.
Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
The content creation space is growing by the second. I can see more creators being paid for their work and more realistic feeling content being pumped out.
