Today we’d like to introduce you to Sean Mulcahy.

Sean, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Born and raised in Baltimore City. I graduated from college and went to work straight away. Cut my teeth in sales and evolved into a strategist and marketer.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
The road has had its ups and downs… but its about the journey. The successes were great, and the failures were learning experiences.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
As a strategist and marketer, I believe in growing our clients’ business based on creating a dynamic and successful user journey for every persona in their target audience. I specialize in understanding how each marketing channel affects said persona. I then establish budgets and cadences to run a dynamic marketing plan.

Results… Real Results are most important. Too often, marketers rest their laurels on marketing KPI’s. Marketing Key Performance Indicators mean nothing if they do not increase sales and move the needle from a true business perspective. Hiring a marketer or marketing agency that does not understand and operate on this simple concept is a major misstep and a poor investment.

What matters most to you?
Earning more revenue for my clients, which in turn leads my agency to greater success. It is that simple.
