Today we’d like to introduce you to Althea Hanson.

Hi Althea, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
I am the proud owner, founder, and creative director of Althea’s Almost Famous, LLC. I have seen significant success and growth in the foodservice market since her 2016 launch. Current operations are based in Columbia, MD, and have expanded worldwide. Our brand has seen market penetration realization to the extent that our products have been featured in multiple publications.

Althea’s Almost Famous Jerk sauce perfectly synergizes the flavor of Jamaica with any meat for any occasion. Whether you are marinating steaks for an outdoor barbeque or you are having fish, chicken, or pork for a family dinner, Althea’s Almost Famous Jerk sauce will take your taste buds on a journey to Jamaica.

Our jerk sauce can be used as a dip or for preparing simple to elegant cuisines. Althea’s Almost Famous jerk sauce is a family recipe that mixes Caribbean spices and is loyal to the Jamaican tradition that fuses ingredients from various cultures brought to the island from around the world.
