Hi Ronald, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.

Lovely to meet you. First and foremost, thank you for this opportunity to get to know you and your readers.

I’m Ronald Geoffrey Victor, originally from Vance River Village in the southernmost part of Trinidad & Tobago. Growing up in a very small and close-knit community shaped a lot of who I am today. I attended Vance River RC Primary School and later graduated from St. Benedict’s College in 1997. Shortly after, I moved to the U.S. to pursue my education, earning a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from South Carolina State University, an HBCU, in 2001, followed by an MBA in the same field from Ohio University in 2002.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve dedicated my career to Project, Program, and Portfolio Management, where I’ve worked across various industries, from telecom to education, financial services, and IT. I’ve had the privilege of working with companies like Cisco Systems, Microsoft, Bank of America, and Guardian Life of the Caribbean, optimizing operations and aligning strategies for growth.

So why start a travel agency? Well, that decision was deeply personal. My love for travel has always been a constant in my life, and I wanted to share that passion with others. I believe that travel is transformative, and that’s what inspired me to create Limin Professionals Luxury Concierge, where I curate unforgettable experiences for people who, like me, value both the journey and the destination.

Today, I’m proud to call Baltimore home, where I live with my amazing wife and our beautiful 3-year-old daughter. Family, travel, and business are at the core of who I am, and I’m excited to share my passion for building connections and creating extraordinary travel experiences.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?

Absolutely not smoothe! In the world of luxury travel, we are required to plan much further ahead than most of our clients may feel comfortable with. However, this foresight is essential to delivering the exceptional experiences our community has come to expect. Whether it’s securing luxury accommodations at exclusive resorts in different countries, guaranteeing availability for in-demand tours and activities, or ensuring safe, reliable round trip transfers from/to the airport and to each of the activities on our personalized itineraries, every logistical detail must be meticulously thought through and arranged in a timely fashion.

If we don’t plan early enough, we risk compromising the cohesion of the group – a core element of the experience we provide. Our challenge lies in committing to these arrangements long before our clients feel ready to do so, often resulting in our agency incurring significant upfront costs. But – these complexities are precisely why our clients trust us. Their only responsibility is to show up and enjoy every moment – and of course, come back for more.

What started as a small, local sensation in Trinidad & Tobago back in 2007-2008 quickly grew into something much larger. Through media features and word-of-mouth, our network expanded beyond the island to friends from around the world. That momentum sparked our journey into luxury travel, and by 2008, we officially launched Limin’ Professionals with our Trinidad & Tobago Carnival Packages. We soon earned a reputation as “The Most Professional Crew in Carnival.”

Fast forward 17 years, and we’ve evolved into a full-service, IATA-accredited luxury travel agency. Our carefully curated, all-inclusive VIP experiences have garnered international acclaim, and we consistently sell out excursions that cater to intimate groups of 75-100 professionals. These trips are designed to foster deep connections and, most importantly, lifelong bonds. In fact, we’ve achieved a 75% client return rate, and our 5-star Google reviews reflect our commitment to excellence and passion for providing top-tier customer service.

What makes you happy?

Bringing people together and creating opportunities for the collective to share their own passions and share in unique experiences of like-minded persons gives me a lot of joy – especially since I get to plan the experience I would and do actually participate in myself anyway.
