Hi Katie, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Social Graces started organically, planning wedding days for family and friends and then quickly became a larger company with a dedicated team. Over the last nine years we have progressed from a “one woman show” to a team of 15 people.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It is been a fairly smooth road. COVID threw a big curve ball at the industry and our business. We rescheduled a full year of weddings and helped our couples and other vendors navigate all of those struggles.
Then we rescheduled 2 years worth of weddings into about 9 months – we did 77 weddings in a single year and it was absolute insanity, not sure how we made it through but we did it for our clients.
We’ve been impressed with Social Graces Events, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
