Community Highlights: Meet Gina Ramsey of Pink Dog Digital

Today we’d like to introduce you to Gina Ramsey.

Hi Gina, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I was the Vice President of another agency for a number of years. After 12 years, I decided to go it alone. I am truly grateful for all of the amazing support I received from my network, clients, and team members. In 2018, I had one developer, one writer, and no clients. Today I have a team of 12 and over 140 clients. It had definitely been a whirlwind.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I don’t believe any business has a completely smooth sail. Problem clients, problem vendors, team members who don’t share the same vision are all a part of life. But I will tell you the smooth sailing has greatly outweighed any challenges that we have had to deal with. I believe that you have to own it and when your whole team takes ownership of project, things go mostly smoothly.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
We are a full-service digital agency providing services like website design, social media management, search engine optimization (SEO), content creation, digital ad campaigns, email marketing, and marketing automation. We provide custom solutions that best fit the needs of our clients. We really get to know a business before we recommend something to them. They are our partners, not just our clients. If they succeed, we succeed. My proudest moment was when one of my clients said, “I would crawl through broken glass to stay with you.” If my clients are that happy, then I am a proud and happy business owner. We offer custom solutions are reasonable prices to help our clients grow through their digital footprint.

What’s next?
I would like to continue to grow the company, our client base, and our team. I want to be the first name that pops up when people have a need for our services. I want to groom our team members to take ownership and help them grow in their careers. I want to stay on the cutting edge of technology so that when things change in the digital space, we are properly prepared to advise and make the changes that continue to help them grow.
