Today we’d like to introduce you to Yenga Fiteu
Hi Yenga, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My name is Yenga Fiteu and I am a film director from Cameroon. Growing up in this world I have never been much of a speaker, so when I found my passion for art it created a beautiful path where I could experiment and cycle through to communicate my mind to the world. I created my instagram page @6fiteu with the intent of only indulging in photo creation and taking photos for money, but now we are a full blown production company working with clients that I could have only dreamed of working with. I began my video making around the same time that I started taking photos 2 years ago and it has been the best experience for me mentally. Shortly after going to film labs all over the world I decided to put together my own lab; where I’ve been developing and scanning all film photos ever since. I have also been blessed to teach my peers what I have learned. I am currently in college studying computer science to contribute to 6fiteu and I am eager to open up stores around the world with to have us become a beautiful public space for all artists. Getting to the point that I am at now I should be extremely proud, but it’s only just the beginning! I remember being younger and telling myself that I would speak volumes to the world without trying to say anything at all. I’m glad that I have been able to do accomplish this with my videos, photos, music, and art. Being a multidisciplinary artist is like being a beautiful plant that is growing, and I’m excited to keep pursuing my career, especially with film making. So far I’ve been able to model for brands such as Nike, Converse, and New Balance; now I am excited to create more with these brands behind the camera!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has been pretty smooth. I don’t consider myself to have any struggles because of my mindset of doing, no matter my situation.

I am a multidisciplinary artist that has a passion for film making, photography, DJing, and making music. I am proud of all my work that’s on display on YouTube and Instagram.
I have my art prints for sale and display on my 6fiteu instagram page, where people can view my work and make inquiries to purchase.
