Hi Tiffany, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Tiffany Barnes is the founder of Kingdom Konnections, a platform dedicated to connecting visionaries, entrepreneurs, authors, and community leaders through networking, collaboration, and empowerment. Passionate about faith, leadership, and service, Tiffany creates spaces where individuals can build meaningful relationships, share resources, and inspire one another to pursue their purpose. Through events, speaking engagements, and community initiatives, she is committed to helping others grow personally, professionally, and spiritually.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
This path has not been easy for me. It has come with loss, heartbreak, and life lessons that have shaped who I am today. There were moments that tested my strength, challenged my faith, and forced me to grow in ways I never expected.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I specialize in community networking, event hosting, mental health and emotional wellness advocacy, women’s ministry, and empowering individuals to walk confidently in their purpose. As a speaker and facilitator, I am passionate about creating safe spaces where people can heal, share their stories, and find hope through authentic connection.
What I am most proud of is my ability to turn personal pain into purpose. My own journey has been marked by loss, grief, and life-changing lessons, but those experiences have strengthened my compassion and deepened my commitment to helping others navigate their own paths to healing and restoration.
What sets me apart is my authenticity. I lead from a place of lived experience, faith, and service rather than perfection. I believe in meeting people where they are, fostering genuine relationships, and creating environments where individuals feel seen, valued, and empowered to thrive. Whether I’m hosting an event, leading a discussion, or encouraging someone one-on-one, my mission is to inspire hope, build connections, and remind others that their story has purpose.
Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
The most important lesson I’ve learned along my journey is that purpose is often born through pain. Some of my greatest challenges experiencing loss, navigating disappointment, and facing unexpected life changes have shaped me into the woman I am today. While I wouldn’t have chosen many of those experiences, they taught me resilience, faith, and the importance of trusting God even when I couldn’t see the outcome.
