Today we’d like to introduce you to Reema Kapani.
Hi Reema, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My Journey: Reema Kapani – A Life of Passion, Purpose, and Power Through the Arts
More than three decades ago, I began my journey as a passionate dance teacher and choreographer, driven by an unshakable belief in the power of movement to inspire, uplift, and transform lives. From humble beginnings, I went on to choreograph and direct performances that graced world-renowned stages—Disneyland, Disney World, the Kennedy Center, the Department of Defense, multiple global conventions in Las Vegas, and several major cruise lines. These performances weren’t just shows—they were vibrant expressions of unity, celebration, and excellence.
As my journey unfolded, I expanded into the roles of yoga healer, anchor, model, fashion show director, and events director, always guided by a deeper purpose: to use the arts as a medium of healing, empowerment, and connection.
My passion for storytelling led me to the world of film. As founder of EchoDreams Production, I channeled my vision into cinema. My feature film, Believe It: Miracles Still Happen, was screened across Regal Cinemas throughout the U.S. and is now reaching international audiences in Africa. My short film A Drop of Life was honored with a screening at the Cannes Film Festival, and my music videos have aired on prestigious channels like Zee Music and B4U.
Now, I’m proud to be working on my upcoming film, Miracles 2.0—a groundbreaking collaboration between Hollywood, Bollywood, and Nollywood. This project not only bridges cultures but also explores the depth of human relationships, delivering a powerful global message to protect Mother Earth and the environment.
At the heart of it all is EchoDreams Production, my creative sanctuary built on the values of love, peace, unity, and healing through the arts. Every step I take, every story I tell, and every stage I set is dedicated to igniting transformation and hope in the world.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Has it been a smooth road?
No. Not even close.
This journey has been anything but easy. It’s been a path carved with tears, sleepless nights, and battles no one saw. I’ve worked through exhaustion, pushed through heartbreak, and kept going when every fiber of my being was screaming to stop. There were nights I didn’t sleep, just kept working, kept building, kept believing, while the world moved on, unaware of the storms I was facing behind closed doors.
I’ve poured my heart into every project, given my soul to every vision. I’ve bled, I’ve broken, and I’ve rebuilt, over and over again. There were days the criticism was so heavy, it drowned out my own voice. People questioned my worth, my choices, my dreams. The negativity was relentless. But so was I.
I kept going, not because it was easy, but because I had a purpose bigger than my pain. I held onto faith when nothing else made sense. I kept creating through the chaos, kept loving through the loss, kept leading through the loneliness. Every scar became a story. Every fall, a lesson. Every moment of doubt, a reason to rise.
It hasn’t been a smooth road, it’s been a war. But through the struggle, I found my strength. Through the silence, I found my voice. And through the fire, I found the purpose that keeps me alive.
This journey isn’t just about success, it’s about survival, about standing tall with grace after being knocked down a hundred times. It’s about turning pain into power. And if my story can touch even one heart, then every sleepless night was worth it.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Thank you for the opportunity to share my journey.
I am Reema Kapani—a visionary director, producer, choreographer, yoga-pranayama healer, and founder of EchoDreams Production. My purpose is rooted in using the transformative power of the arts to inspire, uplift, and unite. Through film, music, dance, and healing, I create experiences that go beyond entertainment, they awaken souls, build bridges across cultures, and remind us of the miracles within and around us.
One of my most impactful projects is the feature film Believe It: Miracles Still Happen—a raw and deeply moving riches-to-rags story of a homeless man. I am currently in production on its sequel, Miracles 2.0, a groundbreaking Hollywood-Bollywood-Nollywood collaboration that further bridges continents and cultures, with a mission to spark global unity and consciousness through cinematic storytelling.
Beyond films, I’ve created inspirational music videos such as Tum Hi Tum Ho (Crown of the Hearts) and Ishq Da Fever (Timeless Love), which have aired on leading platforms like B4U Music and Zee Music Company. These projects reflect my belief that true beauty is soulful, and true victory lies in service, humility, and inner light.
What sets me apart is my fusion of artistry and spirituality. I combine Eastern philosophy with Western creative expression, and I don’t just tell stories, I build movements. As a United Nations multi-award-winning creative leader, mentor, and healer, I have made it my mission to nurture rising talent, empower communities, and use the arts as a catalyst for peace, purpose, and transformation.
What I’m most proud of is not just the films I’ve made or the stages I’ve lit—but the lives I’ve touched, the talents I’ve ignited, and the healing I’ve helped manifest.
At the heart of it all is one truth I live by:
Art is divine. It can heal wounds, transcend boundaries, and awaken miracles.
Before we go, is there anything else you can share with us?
Yes, I’d love to leave your readers with this:
No dream is too big, no voice too small, and no act of love ever goes unnoticed. We live in a world that needs more light, more healing, and more unity, and each of us holds the power to ignite that. Whether through art, compassion, leadership, or simply being kind, we are all capable of creating waves of change.
So believe in your purpose, stay rooted in gratitude, and never stop showing up with heart. The world is waiting for your magic, shine, serve, and soar.
