Hi Faith, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My spiritual journey actually began before I got married. I was always a sensitive, intuitive soul, drawn to energy, healing, and deeper meaning in life. But it wasn’t until I walked through the challenges of a toxic marriage—and later, my divorce—that I truly began to embody and trust my spiritual gifts.
As a divorced mom raising an autistic son, I found myself on a path of deep self-healing and spiritual awakening. I didn’t have mentors at the time—only God and my inner voice to guide me. Through prayer, solitude, and intuitive connection, I started receiving messages, sensing energy, and leaning into practices that brought me peace and clarity.
I was drawn to Reiki, intuitive readings, sound healing, and animal communication—not just as interests, but as spiritual practices that anchored me through my transformation. I taught myself, practiced daily, and over time, felt called to share these gifts with others.
Eventually, I created Faith Hope Enlight as a space where I could support people and animals in healing, alignment, and soul connection. I now offer Reiki for people and pets, intuitive guidance, energy healing, sound healing, and spiritual mentoring.
Although I don’t currently have pets of my own, I’ve always had a strong spiritual connection with animals. I can hear them intuitively and feel their energy deeply, and I consider it a blessing to communicate on their behalf.
My work is rooted in one mission: to help others reconnect with their inner light, trust their intuition, and live in alignment with their soul’s purpose. What started as a personal journey has evolved into a divine calling to uplift and empower others.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I believe I took one of the bumpiest and rockiest roads I could have traveled. I’ve faced multiple life challenges and obstacles — emotionally, spiritually, and financially — but each experience shaped me into someone strong, courageous, and resilient.
There were moments of deep loneliness, financial uncertainty, and emotional healing. I had to learn how to trust my spiritual gifts, believe in myself, and create something meaningful from pain. I’ve walked through anxiety, grief, and self-doubt — but I never gave up.
What carried me through was an enormous amount of faith, hope, and trust in myself — more than anything. Even when things felt impossible, I held onto the belief that there was a greater purpose for everything I was experiencing.
These struggles became the foundation of my path. They inspired me to become the kind of guide I wish I had — someone who could offer clarity, empowerment, and spiritual direction to others. That inner strength — the kind born from adversity — is what I’m passionate about teaching. Every challenge has deepened my purpose and strengthened my mission to help others align with their soul’s truth and power.

I’m a spiritual mentor, intuitive guide, Reiki Master, and animal communicator. I help people and animals heal, find clarity, and reconnect with their soul’s truth through energy healing, intuitive messages, and sacred spiritual practices.
Being a mom to a neurodivergent child has brought a deeper dimension to my spiritual path. My son teaches me every day about presence, patience, and grounding in the moment. He reminds me to slow down, listen more deeply, and stay connected to what truly matters. In many ways, he’s one of my greatest teachers—and a constant source of inspiration for the work I do with families and individuals.
I developed my skills—like energy healing, intuitive channeling, mediumship, and animal communication—through self-study, spiritual practice, and years of deep connection with divine guidance.
I help people from all walks of life move through transitions and healing journeys with compassion, spiritual guidance, and heart-centered support.
In my sessions, I blend Reiki, sound healing, intuitive messages, and heart-centered guidance to create a safe and transformative experience. I also connect with animals—both living and in spirit—to offer healing and messages that support the bond between animals and their people.
What I’m most proud of is turning my own healing journey into a path of service. Clients often say they feel deeply seen, grounded, and uplifted after working with me.
What sets me apart is my ability to meet people where they are—spiritually, emotionally, and energetically—and guide them with intuitive insight, soul wisdom, and practical healing tools.
What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
In the next 5 to 10 years, I believe the demand for spiritual healing and holistic support will grow significantly. More people are feeling called to explore deeper aspects of themselves—seeking purpose, inner peace, and emotional clarity in ways they hadn’t before. With the rising interest in mindfulness, energy healing, and self-awareness practices, spiritual wellness is becoming less of a niche and more of a vital part of overall well-being.
I see a shift toward people valuing personal growth and emotional healing just as much as physical health. This means more individuals will be open to services like Reiki, intuitive guidance, meditation, and energy balancing. As the world continues to change and challenge us, the need for safe, non-judgmental spaces for healing and personal transformation will only increase.
Faith Hope Enlight was built to support this movement—and I believe the future of this work is about helping people reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and live with more intention.
