Today we’d like to introduce you to Alrad Harrison.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I was born to Clinton Harrison and Thomasine Harrison as an only child in East Baltimore. Both of my parents are deceased. My mother recently passed away from cancer on April 28, 2026. She was a loving soul and the center of my heart.
My mother and my grandfather, Alfred Taylor, were the key cornerstones of my drive and determination. As a child, my mother instilled in me the importance of never settling, while my grandfather, Pop Taylor, would take me to work with him and teach me the value of thinking long-term rather than short-term.
I grew up during an era when open-air drug markets, murder, and hustling were a daily sight in the neighborhoods around me. I witnessed so much death that it eventually made me numb to it. I lost a large number of family members to murder—a sad reality that was all too common in “Murderland” (Baltimore).
As a child, I was fearless. I played in abandoned buildings with no floors, jumped off third-floor balconies onto mattresses, and played tackle football in the streets.
I attended Dunbar High School, graduated, and followed in the footsteps of my paternal grandfather, who served in World War II after entering this country at the age of 16. My Uncle Anthony Harrison was also a major influence during my teenage years and helped inspire my decision to join the U.S. Army.
I am a Paratrooper from the 82nd Airborne Division and also served in several other units throughout my military career. I received a very prestigious award. The U.S. Meritorious Service Medal (MSM) during Dessert Storm.
Witnessing so much death as a child and being unable to do anything about it is what drove me to become a protector of others. I went on to become a celebrity bodyguard and executive protection agent for some of the most influential people in the world. Some of my clients have included YG, Trey Songz, Nicki Minaj, Offset, NFL players, NBA players, Formula 1 drivers, the Prince of Morocco, Saudi princes, ambassadors, and many others.
I created the brand “Victimless Citizen” because it reflects my intentions and purpose. My goal has always been to teach people from communities like the one I came from how not to become victims.
I could not save my friends and loved ones as a child, but today I can give others a better chance at survival through protection, awareness, and training.
Fitness, health, awareness, and training are crucial to survival in an unpredictable world. My clients call me “Shark” within my industry. That’s the mentality and energy I move with every day.
My most recent mission is called “The We Got Us Tour.” Through sponsorships, I travel to inner cities across America, providing free training to single mothers on how to protect themselves both at home and in the world around them.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I always say “ Beauty is Pain”.. Anything that is desired comes from Sacrifice, Discipline and Some type of pain. Very similar to being in the Military for me. Constantly on call and on the go.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a protector. As a celebrity bodyguard and executive protection agent, I stand in the face of danger to ensure that my clients remain safe and can focus on what they do without concern for their personal security. My responsibility is simple: anticipate threats, mitigate risks, and make sure those under my protection return home safely.
As for my reputation, let’s just say that none of my clients have ever been robbed, injured, or killed while under my watch.
What sets me apart from others in my field is my mindset. No two protection professionals are exactly the same, but I approach this profession as a soldier first and foremost. I train the way I fight—with purpose, discipline, and attention to detail. The lessons I learned in the military continue to guide me every day.
Honor, integrity, vigilance, and commitment are not qualities I turn on and off; they are part of who I am. My code never changes, regardless of the environment, the mission, or the threat.
No matter the obstacle, the danger, or the challenge before me, failure is not an option. The people who place their trust in me deserve nothing less than my absolute best, and I carry that responsibility with pride every day.

4:
Staying physically fit, tactically proficient, and laser-focused is my greatest resource.
In my profession, there is no substitute for preparation. My ability to protect others depends on maintaining peak physical condition, continuously sharpening my tactical skills, and remaining mentally focused under pressure. These are not occasional commitments—they are daily disciplines.
Fitness provides the strength and endurance necessary to perform at a high level. Tactical proficiency ensures that I am prepared to respond effectively to threats and challenges. Mental focus allows me to make sound decisions in high-stress situations where every second matters.
The people who depend on me trust that I will be ready when it matters most. That trust is earned through consistency, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. For that reason, I view physical fitness, tactical readiness, and mental sharpness not as options, but as necessities.
They are the foundation of my success and the tools that allow me to fulfill my mission as a protector every day.
