We’re looking forward to introducing you to Charnice Hale. Check out our conversation below.
Hi Charnice, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What is a normal day like for you right now?
A normal day for me is full, lively, and always moving! As a wife, entrepreneur, stay-at-home mom of four beautiful children, and someone actively involved in ministry, there’s always a lot on my plate—but I truly love it all.
My mornings usually start with tending to the kids—making breakfast, packing lunches, and getting them off to school. Once three of the kids are out for the day, I focus on managing my business and catching up on emails, all while caring for my two-year-old at home. Somewhere in the mix, I also carve out time for ministry—whether it’s connecting with others or simply being present where I’m needed.
It’s a busy rhythm, but having a schedule helps me stay grounded and move through each part of the day with purpose. Every role I hold—from motherhood to business to ministry—adds meaning to my life, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve in each of them.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m a creative professional with a heart for storytelling. I’m also actively involved in ministry, which deeply influences the way I lead both in life and business.
My business is built around helping individuals and organizations visually communicate their stories, values, and identities. I specialize in photography, videography, and graphic design—focusing on creating powerful visual representations that truly capture the essence of a brand. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with businesses, creatives, and individuals to bring their visions to life in a way that’s both authentic and impactful.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. Who taught you the most about work?
The people who taught me the most about work are the strong women in my family—my mom, my aunt, and my grandmother. All three of them are entrepreneurs and business owners, and growing up, I had a front-row seat to their dedication, resilience, and drive.
They showed me what it means to build something from the ground up, to stay committed even when things get tough, and to lead with both strength and grace. Watching them balance family, business, and community impact left a lasting impression on me. Their work ethic, creativity, and determination have shaped the way I approach my own work today—not just as a job, but as a calling.
Their legacy continues to inspire me as I navigate motherhood, business, and ministry with that same passion and purpose.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Yes, there was a time I almost gave up—around July 2024. It was one of the lowest points I’ve ever experienced. Opportunities had dried up, the consistency I had built in my work was falling short, and I felt completely defeated.
But in the midst of that low moment, I paused and reminded myself of who I am—a creative, a visionary, someone with a God-given gift. I thought about the impact I’ve made, the people I’ve helped, and the dreams that are still inside me. And I realized: as long as I have breath in my body, I’m not done.
That shift in perspective reignited something in me. It reminded me that setbacks aren’t the end—they’re part of the journey. That moment pushed me to keep going, and I’ve been moving forward with even greater clarity and purpose ever since.
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes—what you see is truly who I am. The public version of me is a reflection of the same values, energy, and heart I carry in my everyday life. Whether I’m showing up as a creative, a mother, a business owner, or in ministry, I strive to be consistent and authentic across the board.
At the core, I’m the same person privately and publicly. I believe in showing up as my full self, in honesty and integrity, because that’s how real connection is built. What you see is not a performance—it’s purpose.
Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. Could you give everything your best, even if no one ever praised you for it?
Yes! I believe in giving my best, not for applause, but because it reflects who I am and the standard I hold myself to. My work, my creativity, my purpose—they’re not rooted in recognition, but in calling. Even if no one ever praised me, I would still pour my heart into what I do because I know it matters.
Impact isn’t always loud or visible, and sometimes the most meaningful work happens behind the scenes. I’ve learned that integrity is doing the right thing even when no one’s watching—and I strive to live and create with that in mind every day.
