Meet Linda Lisulo of Team Lisulo Health Coaching

Today we’d like to introduce you to Linda Lisulo.

Hi Linda, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
On March 15 our state went on a stay-home order. It was time to introspect and take inventory. I looked at my life, my body, mind, and spirit. I was over 70 lbs overweight and didn’t know what to do.

Because my mind and spirit were in a good place, no one could really see that I was overweight. I am naturally a very confident person, and so I wore and carried confidence. It was easy to hide that extra 70 lbs.

I decided to transform my life and my health. I knew I couldn’t diet again. I had “done that and got the t-shirt” and failed. I had to do something different. I reached out to a certified coach who introduced me to a great community and life-transforming health program.

So on March 23rd, 2020, I embarked on my “transforming my life” journey. To date, I have lost 75 lbs! A month later I became a coach to help others transform their lives and live their best lives.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Just like any journey, this journey has had its ups and downs. One challenge I faced was the “food breakup”. It took me time to appreciate eating the right food at the right time.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Team Lisulo Health Coaching?
We are not on a “one size fits all” diet. We have various Optimal Health Plans, with a weight-loss component. We also offer opportunities for those wanting to make extra income by becoming coaches.

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
It’s about people. Listening to what people want and awakening the potential in them.
