Meet Ebony “Chinkii” Battle

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ebony “Chinkii” Battle.

Hi Ebony “Chinkii”, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
It all started when I was in high school, I went to a trade school named Harford Tech where I studied painting and graphic arts. In 2014, I got my LLC and made my business official doing pretty and graphic arts in specializing in vinyl and sublimation.

Since then my business has been booming out of control because I am also a motivator in the car world along with Car Club Dysturbance auto family. I started vinyl wraps in 2020 when I stayed up all night on my birthday to do my first wrap.

Now we are fully open for business in a brand new location we just recently had a sip and see for on October 24, 2021.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
A smooth road you say!!! As I tell my team I don’t take L’s as in (Losses, I Learn, Lessons), I feel like your always going to learn a new lesson, I wouldn’t necessarily say struggles because we really haven’t struggled.

But we had taken on the hard tasks and we overcame different obstacles as a team.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
The name of the business is disturbance shop also known as Dysturbance Garage we specialize in decals, wraps, vinyl graphics, customizing vehicles, and commercial vehicles t-shirts sublimation now embroidery.

As a club in a business, we are known for our flashy cars and female wrappers. A lot of the time when people come to the shop they automatically expect guys to be there but once they see the females in action they’re more than impressed.

We do have guys in the car club but the shop is mainly female.

Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
If you have someone around you that motivates you feel free to ask them questions on how they got where they are. Or you can go on YouTube there are a lot of motivational speakers there.

I’ve others ask me questions about business and I’m pretty open when it comes to that I’ll give you the real.
