Meet Dominique Rowe

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dominique Rowe.

Hi Dominique, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Well, let’s see while my career is medical billing coding for the past 13 years. I have always had the vision and passion to own my own business in 2019 when the pandemic occurred, I lost my 9-5 job and was forced to figure out what my new opportunities would be.

I then started looking into becoming a notary which was not hard but didn’t bring in much income until I came up with the name “rnr notary” I then became a member of the national notary association which in turn was a great investment because it allowed me to get all materials in needed to be successful and opened doors for me to be able to push my business.

However, I wanted more like any other woman I pushed to the next level and started my heel classes (dance) another passion of mine. It’s called “heel glow” a spin-off from mask business (All Glow Du PLLC) I provide a safe and friendly space where another woman such as myself can come and feel empowered and sexy.

I am honored God has blessed me and allowed me to be in a position to motivate myself and others. It can be discouraging at times but we must continue to move to pass the hard stuff.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Many challenges and many setbacks, life happens money lessens sometimes I had to make hard decisions when it comes to these business ventures. At one point, I thought I wasn’t going to be alive to be able to see these fruits of my labor. Lots of prayer and support from friends and family and believing in myself.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I wear many hats lol. I enjoy keeping busy and staying on top of reaching the next level.

I wasn’t a big school person but I made it a point to always have some type of trade. I am a medical biller/coder contractor I have been in my profession for 13 years but landed my dream job in 2020 finally I now work from home doing what I love. I have the blessing of working with the major specialties and hospitals. I love it here.

I am most proud of overcoming life hardships like being robed in a bank in 2019 and still being able to push through that mentally and physically, I am most proud of starting my business I live by you afraid do it anyway.

Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
My advice to all beloved people out there is to write your goals down write out what you want even if it takes time or it seems like everything else is going on just stay focused on the prize. Save your money, I wish I had done that I started without knowing all it took to get here but now I’m here I haven’t reached my best but I am working on it.
