Today we’d like to introduce you to Chip Dizard.
Chip, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I’m a former teacher in Baltimore City Public Schools where I taught video and photography. I loved my job and my passion for teaching and mentoring came through.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Becoming an entrepreneur was and still is tough, I love the freedom but you have to wear many hats. I travel for work and photoshoots all over and that can be tiring and fun.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am known for Weddings, portraits and branding photography. I am also known for videos at weddings. I’ve called them “chiplit” a play on my name because my weddings are so much fun.
Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
I see more micro weddings and more younger photographers coming into our space.
