Meet Alessandro Ricchiari of Roadcaster Media

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alessandro Ricchiari.

Hi Alessandro, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Our company was founded Pre-covid with the opportunity we had gotten to film Soccer games for the Maryland Soccer League. Soon after, we went on to do a Music Video for a local rapper, Ajani Black, in Baltimore, then we did a Short film, “Keepin’ It Holy.”

We would do several other gigs, including weddings, maternity photos, baby pictures, family pictures, real estate pictures and videos, business advertisements and pictures, logo design, and more. We had different companies from all around the DMV (DC, Maryland, and Virginia) ask us to do work with them. We cater to everyone and, as of late, have been targeting Actors in NY that need Headshots.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been fairly smooth?
Before Covid, we had been preparing to launch our business for 2 years but didn’t make it official until last year. We knew we would be prepared for work, but Covid struck the world and caused us to think outside the box. We did our first Indian Wedding during Covid and had to adjust by wearing masks and keeping a safe distance from everyone. We found ourselves still finding opportunities online through different Facebook groups and were able to weather the storm of covid.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Roadcaster Media?
Roadcaster Media’s inception began with our own need for high-quality production. We wanted to give entrepreneurs, actors, models, & creatives alike the opportunity to get cinema-quality production at pricing that topples industry standards. The truth is, we are actors & creatives ourselves. We know what it’s like and want to do something about it. Our services are built for creatives by creatives. Our team comprises several departments and services, including professional video editing, audio/visual technical consulting, graphics design, photography, lighting, and more! Whether it’s an indie film, new headshots, event, or promotion, Roadcaster Media has the equipment, passion, & eye for making your vision a reality!

What characteristic of yours would you give the most credit if you had to?
Being on time and punctual to every gig is one of our mottos. We strongly believe that to get the shot we need, we must obligate ourselves to be prepared and on time.
