Life & Work with Kirk Pile

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kirk Pile.

Hi Kirk, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers?
In 1997 I moved to the United States from Trinidad. Throughout my childhood years and adult life, I have always had an eye and passion for art. It all started off one day when I purchased my first small Canon camera and started taking pictures. That’s when I fell in love with photography! Capturing everything from family photos to landscape scenery. In 2004, I became a full-time police officer in Maryland which gave me the opportunity to take continuously take photos of crime scenes, accidents, and police events. Seeing the potential for a successful business, I decided to turn a hobby into a professional business which created Triniography Images, all still being a full-time police officer.

At Triniography Images, clients can expect professional portraits that they can cherish for a lifetime. Whether it’s just family photos, birthday portraits or headshots for modeling portfolios, Triniography Images is here to serve you. Recently Triniography Images had the pleasure of flying out of state to photograph “Pastor Cal” and his beautiful wife from Married at First Sight and I must say the clients had an awesome experience.

This photography journey has led me to meet awesome clients along the way. Triniography Images is just not only a business to me, it’s a love and passion for photography. If you are looking for a professional photographer to deliver exactly what you want, Triniography Images is here to serve you!

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Managing schedules while working as a full-time police officer with 12-hour shifts.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I love to create standout portraits. I love learning and using light to create a portrait that stands out. I specialize in portraits and mostly headshots whether it’s business or fashion. What sets me apart from others is the way I use light to create a portrait that is different.

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
That I get nervous every time I actually do a shoot. Even though I have 10 plus years doing photography, every time I get with a client there is always nervousness.
