Hi Paige, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
Herbal Soul came to fruition due to being exposed to herbs and herbal tea by an older coworker. She drank herbal tea, specifically chamomile, every day, and when I would have small ailments at work, she always referred me back to herbal teas. Just me being inquisitive, I started researching herbs and their benefits. With this newfound knowledge, I also began thinking about my family and our health history. I was determined not to want to have multiple surgeries and a bag of medications, so I continued studying and researching.
During that time, I went to the store with a friend and was drawn to a small white mortar and pestle. Without any thought, I purchased that and a small bag of chamomile. I had no idea what I was about to do with these things, but I continued researching and started making teas with more herbs I’d found. From there, I learned about Yoni Steams, and I took off. I am more enthralled in holistic care than I’ve ever been. I have been investing more time, energy, and money to grow my gifts, expand my approach, and become more versatile with my services and tools.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has been an extremely bumpy ride, but I appreciate every moment. Let’s start with the fact that choosing entrepreneurship over traditional employment takes major sacrifices and adjustments. I’ve learned so much about discipline, especially being faced with my difficulties with being disciplined. Sometimes, being very defensive, I felt insecure about how people closest to me supported me and my business. Once it became clear that this was what I wanted, things began happening in my personal life beyond my control. I started meditating, praying more, and giving special care to my physical health, and I let go of what I thought others were thinking about my decisions. Distinctly, the fear of failure set in, But I learned to trust myself and my journey.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am an herbalist and Yoni Steam Practitioner, providing holistic wellness and self-care tools. Although I love and am equally dedicated to all facets of the Herbal Soul, Yoni Steams, otherwise known as vaginal steams, are what I’m most known for.
While Yoni Steams provides many physical benefits that can add to pleasing others, I believe in prioritizing my clients’ physical, mental, and spiritual health and goals. My familial influence, dedication to learning more about reproductive health, and confidence in my approach set me apart from others. During consultations, I urge my clients to dig deep and think about how they want to shift and what they would like to manifest in their new season.
I am most proud of staying true to myself, my brand’s purpose, and gaining the trust of people in the community. My client’s goals are always my priority, from providing tea for blood pressure to administering a Yoni steam the night before a wedding.
While Yoni Steams are the show’s star, I am passionate about creating herbal care products such as bug spray, hair oils, teas, bath salts, and more. I also assist clients in chakra balancing and guided meditations. My favorite thing about this work is that the client and I create a sacred space that leaves room for us to gain clarity and grow. I am currently in school to become a licensed massage therapist, and I will be adding more hands-on holistic experiences to the list of tools that Herbal Soul already provides.

I am thankful for my tribe. Ironically, as I was most worried about how my family perceived my business, they have been my most incredible supporters. They help with materials and advertising and are always providing me with access to resources and tools that may potentially help me in my success.
Initially, I was helping friends with their businesses, Filling in at events they couldn’t work, and assisting with basic tasks, bookings, advertising, etc. It was then that I gained insight into what it looks and feels like to walk in your purpose on your terms. It seemed so liberating, which it is.
