Today we’d like to introduce you to Lauren Reagle.

Hi Lauren, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Before real estate, I taught for years and hold an M.Ed from Marymount University, which I obtained after serving in the United States Peace Corps Morocco. The skills I learned thanks to the experiences and people I met are incredibly transferrable. I became more empathetic, patient, humble, and kind. Still, my entrepreneurial spirit was aching to break free in a way that not only benefitted my family but provided a true service to others.

Real Estate remains the perfect fit. I care deeply about my clients. It isn’t about chasing a sale-it’s about building a strong, positive web of community, where clients know I have their best interest at heart. I provide transparent information, tailored to my client’s specific needs with the goal of empowering them to make the best choices for the largest investment they’ll ever make.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Two weeks after resigning from my job and going into real estate full-time, we went into a global pandemic. People were scared to peel bananas, much less allow people into their homes. And, we were all at home. Together. Non-stop.

Creativity, persistence, and a lot of very late nights and early mornings allowed me to become one of the top-performing agents in my brokerage.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
When Lauren’s clients meet her for the first time they feel like they hit the jackpot! She offers the perfect blend of being approachable and kind but is also a firm negotiator and always puts her client’s best interests first. Lauren’s client base is diverse and includes everyone from military members to those who need to buy remotely or from out of state. Whether they are downsizing, a first-time home buyer, or looking for their dream home, Lauren takes pride in helping her clients by providing thorough information and having an empathetic demeanor.

For most people, a home is their largest single asset and Lauren understands the pressure that comes with that type of purchase or sale. She listens and guides her clients through a complex process, easing fears by providing timely information throughout the transaction. Lauren loves keeping in touch with clients after the home settles; often, her clients become lifelong friends.

What does success mean to you?
Success is finding happiness in your own life, and empowering others to find their own happiness along the way. Seeking and recognizing the joy in everyday moments. Nurturing deep relationships, and providing a soft place to land for those people. Success is being a safe space for others and providing a true service to the community.
