Exploring Life & Business with Brianna Palumbo of Built Like Breezy

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brianna Palumbo.

Hi Brianna, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I first started photography in high school. I had to take an elective as a graduation requirement. Little did I know, I had a family friend ask me to take their pictures, and from there, the positive feedback I endured allowed me to create a business out of this hobby. I have a firm foundation in my Christianity. Photography allows me to shine light onto strangers for thirty minutes to a whole wedding day. I am obsessed with capturing the sweetest few moments for couples, families, and small business owners. There are so many blessings to be counted, but sometimes can get lost with life taking its natural course. Capturing these photos allows me to give my clients a piece of time to hold onto those blessings and reflect. Also raised by a family of business owners, entrepreneurship is in my blood.

I constantly look for ways to become a greater, healthier, more giving person to friends, family, and my clients. I love helping small business owners with branding photos. It allows me to mentor and be of assistance in helping others become what they are destined to be. A great leader never rises to the top alone, and a kind heart never stops sharing. That’s how the legend Blessed and Becoming started. I combined my passion for traveling and seeing the world with creating unforgettable time capsules. I have enjoyed traveling worldwide for weddings, engagements, brands, couples, and more. For now, our goal is to provide photographic experiences worldwide. This is just the start of our business, and I can’t wait to expand what I have to share with the world.

Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
There have been many struggles as an individual. Going through the long roads of life and as a business owner who started when I was 17 with my first business. You learn so many new techniques in your craft and must be patient with yourself as you learn to become great. It doesn’t happen overnight and is a constant journey. It takes a lot of money, work, sweat, and time to create a successful business, let alone a legendary brand. Many obstacles also shape your early twenties, but as long as you have a goal, a work ethic, and God anything, you can overcome anything.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Built Like Breezy?
I recently graduated from nursing school, hoping to start a pediatric ICU nurse career. I am passionate about helping others, health, working out/fitness, and living a lifestyle that matches your purpose. I created a sub-brand to blessed and becoming called built like breezy. Through built like breezy, I hope to help people in their health and fitness journey by sharing what has worked and hasn’t worked for me. I also hope that with its merchandise, I can make anyone feel empowered to walk into the gym or any situation without being intimidated. The logo created by Studio Alexia is surrounded by an imperfect circle representing these times in life where we are imperfect. Yet, we are built with a foundation through God, health, well-being, and a sense of completeness.

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role you feel it’s played for you?
OHHH, I HAVE THE WORST LUCK. The worst is I could sit and tell someone a million stories that would blow your socks off of situations and experiences I’ve been through but In the end. Everyone has some sad story or funny, ridiculous moment. How you choose to look at your glass is how things will come to you in return. My favorite quote is picked your hard being incredible, being sad, and reflecting on the luck you have had hard.
